A comfortable and clean apartment in a great location. The host always responds promptly.

Pros: The location was great everything you wanted was easily accessible. I enjoy cooking so was able to choose to eat in or out. The host also left sun chairs and parasol to take to the beach. Also umbrellas to use if raining!

Cons: The only negative was not having a coffee or side table to use in the lounge. It would have helped to have something when sitting on the sofa.

Dream location, perfect appartment in the heart of Nie

Pros: Location, dream location, big appartement, clean and perfect, beds are comfy, and sound isolation is good I recommend it and I will be absolutely back there

Best place in Nice

Pros: Location is unbeatable!!! The apartment was vey clean and equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the apartment manager was very easy and they were very nice.

Cons: Everything was amazing. No complaints at all.

Отличный отдых в центре Ниццы.

Pros: Отличное расположение. Пешеходная улица. Рядом много ресторанов, магазинов и атмосфера Ниццы. До пляжа несколько минут ходьбы. Хозяйка Мария очень гостеприимная и всегда на связи, если нужна помощь. Квартира исключительно чистая и хорошо оснащена. Все в состоянии как будто вчера куплено. Однозначно рекомендую для короткого или длительного отдыха.

Cons: В душе нет бортика. Как ни старайся, вода попадает на пол.

Very comfortable apartment in a great location.

Pros: Great central location to walk to just about anywhere, and close to the Tram line and train station. Maria was kind enough to leave us some OJ and Rose in the refrigerator.

Cons: As a personal preference, I would suggest room darkening window coverings for those of us that are sensitive to light. We also ran out of toilet paper and had to ration the last roll.
