We cannot recommend this accommodation enough, it was the perfect complement to our stay in Nice.

Pros: Our spacious, quiet, and well-air conditioned apartment in Nice was exceptional. Clean, and perfectly nestled amongst the lively streets of the French Riviera, we could not have asked for a better place to stay. On top of all that, our hosts were extremely helpful, meeting us at 9pm to take our bags upstairs and show us how to use the relevant locks, appliances, and electronics.

Pros: Very pleasant apartment in the heart of Nice with very nice hosts!!

We had the best stay. The apartment is lovely and we could walk to everything. Also close to the tram.

Pros: Great location and lovely apartment. Great air con and comfy beds. Great sound proofing for such a central location.

Cons: The stools were all wobbly and we couldn’t really use them. The work surface was all cracked and the airer was broken.

Great location for beach users

Pros: Great location close to the sea and metro. Air-con works perfectly, the beds comfy. Located on a street with lots of restaurants, supermarkets near by. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they let us check in earlier as we arrived in the morning. Roger was really helpful and kind. Thank you.

Cons: Some corners weren’t very clean, the shower room needs a bin. The drying rack was broken so we used a book to balance it. The shower cabin does not close, so the floor gets wet. Just some small details to make it 10/10.

Pros: Excellent location, right in the middle of old city. Spacious, clean and quite apartement as depicted in the picture with all the facilities and comfortable beds. Many resturants, cafes, mini supermarkets are nearby and beach is within 5-6 mins of walking distance. Apartment is reachable through elevator and Many thanks to Roger, who delivered the key, was very kind to answer all questions. The apartment also has enough stock of cooking utenciles along with required tea, coffee, oils etc. It also has a Gusto coffe machine. Highly recomended

Cons: The shower area is not fully enclosed hence water will scatter outside.

Pros: Amazing location in the centre of the old city, really close to both public and private beaches. Huge choice of restaurants and cafes, all suitable for families. Public transport links and mini supermarkets all within 5-10 minutes walk. The property itself was very clean and well equipped. Beds very comfy 😊 and many thanks for the futon which meant we could use the sofa as a sofa rather than a sofa bed. Shower was warm and powerful (useful after a day in the sea!)

Cons: Only niggle was that the kitchen and dining area was not really large enough for a family of 5. High dining chairs also not really suitable for under 8s. Also some noise from the stairwell at night. No external noise whatsoever.

Excellent location, spacious apartment, and great value for money!

Pros: Location is wonderful - right in the centre but without the noise! Apartment is clean and spacious and could easily accommodate our family of 4. Stephane was a very gracious host and easy to get in touch with!

A great apartment and location for Nice

Pros: A beautiful, stylish, quiet apartment situated in a great building & hub of cafes, shops and restaurants, close to the vibrant main square, the old town, the beach and transport links to visit other places along the coast (all within 5-15 mins walking distance). We also walked along the coast to Villefranche from here, via the port, which was a great day out. Stephane was really kind, helpful and generous as a host. His apartment was a fantastic base and home for us, for our 7 days in beautiful Nice and beyond..
