Central apartment in a beautiful city.

Pros: Amazing central location in old town and close to the beach. The building was very secure and the apartment clean and comfortable (solo traveller). Lovely view over roofs to castle hill and see.

Apartment in the heart in the old city.

Pros: Brilliant location. Considering the location there was really quiet in the apartment.

The perfect location for a short stay in the heart of Nice Old Town

Pros: The location! It could not have been better. Walk out of the door, straight into the heart of the Old Town and the beach/sea front. Surrounded by beautiful architecture, markets, squares, cafe bars & restaurants. It is in a stunning position!

Cons: That it will only accommodate 2 people.

Excellent apartment in terms of facilities and location. Perfect for the single traveller

Pros: Self catering studio apartment, perfect for a single traveller. 2nd floor. so a bit of a hike up with a suitcase, but straightforward after that. Good facilities in the bathroom and kitchen. Very close to the Market and easy to access the Promenade des Anglais.

Cons: Workmen renovating another apartment in the building, made access difficult during the day blocking off the doorway, though they were helpful in moving barriers when asked. They started around 8am too!

Great apartment and centrally located in the old town. Would definitely book again.

Pros: Clean, compact apartment located right in the centre of the old town. Even though the apartment was located centrally, the apartment was quiet.

Cons: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property although if you have limited mobility you may find it difficult to access as it’s on the second floor and there isn’t an elevator. For us, this wasn’t a problem.

Pros: Excellent receptionist. Sadly code red we had to leave early. Fabulous location.

Pros: Ich war schon das 2.Mal da und ich schätze die tolle Lage und das nette Personal

Cons: Das Bad mit Dusche ist sehr klein. Leider nur abgepacktes Duschgel, kein Shampoo. Das Internet fiel aus und so konnte ich mein Streaming Abo nicht nutzen.

Pros: Apartmán byl čistý a prostorný. Byt se nachází přímo v centru, ale z ulice není slyšet hluk. Na pláž je to 5 min chůze.

Cons: Postel je relativně malá, pro dva to není na dlouhý pobyt.

Daheim fühlen in zentraler Lage

Pros: Die Lage zw. Altstadt und Meer war super. Im Haus war es sehr ruhig

Cons: Es müffelte etwas aus den Rohren im Haus .Ich brauchte etwas, mich mit 3 Schlüsseln zurechtzufinden. Außerdem fand ich die Rezeption nicht auf Anhieb
