Quiet apartment on an excellent location!

Pros: The apartment has an excellent location and is very quiet! 😃

Cons: Everything is perfect, but if I must add a negative: one of the bedrooms is a bit dark (has no windows).

Great location, equipped with all we needed. Comfortable, quiet and secure. We enjoyed it.

Pros: Lovely personal welcome. Clear explanation and friendly host.

Cons: Sofa and carpet in bedroom tired.

Pros: Fantastic apartment and great location. Loretta made us very welcome. Easy check in/out. Will stay again when in Nice.

Pros: We visited with our daughter for an Easter break. Location was perfect. Just moments from the Old Town with markets and cafes, the bakery and Spar, and just a few mins walk to the promenade and the beach. Really enjoyed having breakfast on the little balcony. We discovered we could log onto Amazon prime and were able to watch a film one night. Kitchen had everything you could need. Extra blankets and pillows were provided on my request. Great to have the use of washing machine.

Cons: Though it’s a tiny grumble, there was no air vent in shower room, perhaps an air freshener would be good idea.

An enjoyable and super comfortable apartment near the beach.

Pros: Spacious and comfortable apartment (we were three adults). Right next to a good size grocery store and near a beach. Loretta met us at our arrival and handed us the keys. She was very accommodative and let us check in early and check out late. Also, offered to keep our luggages afterward; but we didn't need that. There was also a bottle of wine for us in the fridge which we enjoyed. We will stay there again and definitely recommend it.

Cons: The floor could had been mopped.

Amazing & Accessible!

Pros: I really liked the location! Very accessible and close to the main plaza (Place Messina), tram (Opera Vieille Ville), several nearby bus stations and other nearby shops and corner markets :) Enjoyed how it was only a few minute walk to several cool restaurants and the beach. It was a cute apartment and was perfect for my dad and I. Appreciated the beach umbrellas and laundry detergent the host provided! Definitely could see my family and I come back to this apartment in the future.

Cons: One thing that was weird was the little window in the kitchen that connects directly to one of the bedrooms. It was a little awkward when changing, but doable when I made sure no one was around to look through. My dad had the other bedroom and noted that sometimes the birds were a little noisy in the morning, but I didn’t hear them in the other room.

Pros: Отличное месторасположение. Расстояние от площади Массена и Английской набережной-200 метров. Трамвайная остановка в минуте ходьбы. В квартире есть все необходимое, для комфортного проживания. В квартире чисто. Кому интересен пляжный отдых, предоставляются пляжные полотенца и зонтики.

Cons: Понравилось всё.

Tolle Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Pros: Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal in der Wohnung… und definitiv nicht zum letzten Mal! Die Lage ist fantastisch. Die Ausstattung und der Empfang sehr gut. Wir fühlen uns dort einfach wohl!

Pros: Einmalige Lage, Hafen, Promenade, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Geschäfte und Restaurants- alles sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig.

Cons: „Ausblick“ vom Balkon. Passgenauigkeit Schlüssel Etagen- & Wohnungstür.
