Staying in this lovely apartment made this trip to Nice complete.

Pros: Located nearby the water with an excellent view. Walkable distance to everything - beaches, restaurants, shops and trams to the airport.

Cons: The only negative thing was the neighbours slamming the front door going in and out.

Spectacular location, super comfortable apartment

Pros: Perfect location, a bit away from tourist crowds. Very clean, comfortable bed, big bathroom, well equipped kitchen. Very smooth communication with owners.

Made our stay in Nice super comfortable

Pros: I highly recommend this apartment. The apartment has been beautifully renovated. The location is prime. Right at the old port. View on the water in the morning is stunning! Just a few minutes walk to the Promenade des Anglais. Communication with Mathias was perfect! He was very flexible with check in and check out since our flights were very late in and out of Nice. He and his wife welcomed us at midnight to explain and show everything.

Pros: Eine ausgesprochen hochwertige und umfangreiche Ausstattung - funktional und stilistisch überzeugend. Sehr gute Lage mit Aussicht auf den Hafen. Zwar kein persönlicher Kontakt, aber via Mail gut betreut.

Spacious new and great view

Pros: Location near the promenade and a 10 minutes stroll to the centre. The apartment is practically new , spacious, very clean and with gorgeous view to the harbor.

Cons: Being on the ground level, we would hear the hallway door slams occasionally. Luckily the movement not often enough to bother us

Pros: Wir haben uns in dieser sauberen, geschmackvoll und modern eingerichteten Wohnung direkt wohlgefühlt. Der Ausblick auf den Hafen ist wirklich besonders! Unsere Gastgeber waren jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Pros: Mycket bra sängar, och två olika sorters kuddar. Bilderna ger en rättvisande bild av boendet. Fin utsikt över hamnen, inga störande ljud och ett bra utrustat kök med olika kastruller och redskap. Trevliga restauranger i närheten.

Cons: Ca 500-700 m till närmaste livsmedelsbutik,.de hade ok sortiment. Långt till en stor livsmedelsbutik.

Lovely stay overlooking the harbor

Pros: The view from the front windows was spectacular. We enjoyed watching boats enter and leave the harbor and people walking along the promenade. But by closing the windows and shade it was perfectly quiet inside. Lovely studio and furnishings. Host was very accommodating with our early arrival. We had stayed in Old Town on previous visits and enjoyed being in the harbor this time. Comfortable bed, very clean and quiet. The apartment has every amenity and more. The owner thought of every detail. The little park in front of the building was nice and provided separation from traffic.

Cons: We were a little worried about being on the same level as the steps entering the building but that was not an issue at all. We didn’t mind the walks into Old Town but just know that Castle Hill is in the middle so no going straight thru. We took several buses and the tram which are great but the stops are a little walk from this location depending on your route. But we were fine walking all over.

Exklusive Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage.

Pros: Sehr saubere, neu renovierte Unterkunft mit hochwertiger Ausstattung. Die Aussicht auf den alten Hafen war grandios. Alles war perfekt von der Schlüsselübergabe bis zum Auschecken und hat unsere Erwartung übertroffen. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft an jeden, der viel Wert auf gute Ausstattung und Sauberkeit legt.
