Pros: The location was great and good for a couple with kids as mezzanine floor was not for adult size.

Cons: Toilet door handle not working and TV sound blocked for level 2 over 10. Can't hear anything.

Good value for money

Pros: It is located on a pietonal street with access to a lot of restaurants, cafes and about 15-20 minutes walk from the promenade. The apartment is equipped with everything needed.

Cons: The street tends to get pretty full of strange people at night, but I think this is something common for Nice as I almost got robbed in the train station by pickpockets in the middle of the day, so be careful. The apartment walls are pretty thin, I could even hear when the neighbors were using the toilet.
