No better location or apartment for a couple visiting Nice for a few days.

Pros: Perfect location for a few days in Nice. Situated in an historic stunning building the view from the apartment over the port is simply stunning. If you are considering this apartment for your visit then don’t hesitate to book it. The photos do not do it justice? Very clean, immaculately presented apartment. I wish all were like this. Thank you Eva for your clear and timely communications. If we ever visit Nice again I hope this apartment will be available.

Superb chic apartment in the heart of the port

Pros: Fantastic location overlooking the port and close to all amenities, restaurants and bars. Short walk to Nice town centre too

Pros: Outstanding view from the apartment and excellent location.

Cons: Lot of mosquitos were inside.

Perfect spot with a stunning view to explore Nice and surroundings

Pros: We loved our stay in Nice port, very clean appartment with everything we needed. We Always love having a washing machine and iron. Coffee machine and pods provided were a god send to a jet lagged Australian. Owner kindly had left a souvenir box of biscuits. Restaurants and bars downstairs, owner had excellent communication.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the apartment.

Pros: The location of this apartment was excellent, near all amenities and with a wonderful view of Nice port / harbour. Two large windows that open to allow you to look out over the harbour and across to the entrance to the port. Apartment is spacious, modern and well equipped. Two separate bathrooms with separate walk in shower and toilet. Apartment is located within walking distance of Nice Old Town, Garibaldi Square and Restaurants adjacent to the harbour. Transport links to Monaco nearby and within easy walking distance.

Cons: Minor details - only two small bath towels for a one week stay - could have had more although a washing machine is available. No hand towels in separate bathroom. The building in which the apartment is located is undergoing some renovation.

Pros: Beautiful apartment with stunning views. Ideal for old town and bus to Monaco. Excellent facilities and immaculate.

Cons: No parking. Only parking available was opposite at port lympia. This cost us just under €90 for 2 days.

Perfect location at the heart of Nice's old town with beautiful view over the port.

Pros: The apartment was very clean, fresh and with a great location overlooking Nice's yacht port. Very close to the Tram stations and the beach front. The host was very friendly and provided great suggestions on what restaurants and bar we should try out. I definitely recommend this apartment as it has everything you need and it is quite spacious.

Cons: There was a bit of an issue with the building's front door chip but that was resolve within an hour. A bit quicker communication would have also been helpful.
