Pros: Attendus sur place par le propriétaire qui s'était soucié de notre heure d'arrivée. Très bon accueil... Appartement spacieux; propre et fonctionnel. Linge de maison fourni parfait. Cuisine bien équipée. Bref rien à dire. A conseiller sans hésiter.

Appartamento centrale e confortevole

Pros: Struttura situata in ottima posizione e ben arredata! Stoviglie tutte nuove e di buon gusto! Tutto molto curato all’interno dell’appartamento. Host molto disponibile a darci ogni tipo di informazione prima del nostro arrivo. Ci ha fatto trovare anche un mini aperitivo di benvenuto che abbiamo apprezzato molto.

Cons: Ad ogni ospite della casa è stata data una sola asciugamano grande per la doccia per tutto il soggiorno. Abbiamo chiesto di averne altre e ci è stato detto che fossero a pagamento (5€ l’una più 10€ per la consegna a casa). La lavastoviglie non era funzionante e abbiamo contattato l’host per informarlo il quale non ci ha mai risposto e non si preoccupato di far venire qualcuno per sistemarla.

Host was zeer servicegericht! Prima plek voor 4 dagen Nice!

Pros: Ruim appartement op een goede locatie aan de haven van Nice; dicht bij de trams en bussen. Keuken was klein, maar wel compleet.

Cons: Badkamer rook iets naar riolering. 's Avonds en 's nachts soms lawaai door hardrijdende auto's en motoren.

Great apartment with attention to details that make you smile when you arrive.

Pros: Location was great, they even had some little welcome presents for us. It was clean, spacious, the kitchen was well equipped and we really enjoyed to have air conditioning because it of the heat wave. We will definitely come back!

Cons: Maybe the position of the key box could have been a little easier, but not a big deal.

Pros: Nice appartment with one bedroom and a spacious living room which includes an elevated sleeping area, comfy and clean. Very good location in port of Nice. Main attractions within walking distance, quiet neighbourhood.

L’emplacement et la beauté de l’appartement compense pour les points négatifs.

Pros: L’emplacement est super. Le décor est simple et propre. Il y a des bons placards pour les valises et vêtements. Il manquait des draps pour un des lits et l’hôte nous les a emportés rapidement.

Cons: Les oreillers n’étaient pas confortables. Seulement un des trois lits étaient confortables. Les draps ne sentait pas bon. Le trafic est très brouillant (en soirée aussi).
