MY CASA - JEAN JAURES - 90m2 w AC 2min to Beach

Pros: The location was very good. There was also a very nice view.

Pros: Great, central location. Spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms. Easy check-in and check out. We didn't cook but the kitchen facilities looked great.

Cons: While there is a lift in the building, there is a small flight of stairs from the building entrance to the lift, then one flight of stairs from the lift to the apartment. I was travelling with my elderly mother whose mobility is poor, so a lift was a requirement for us. I didn't realise there were so many stairs from the property listing, although I may have missed this info, so I thought it would be helpful to highlight for other travellers. The roof was being repaired during our stay, which was very noisy, particularly on the last day of our stay, with the work starting before 8am and continuing until around 5pm. The balcony was unusable during our stay as a result. I appreciate that this was unavoidable, but it would have been helpful to know this was scheduled during our stay.

Light and airy 4 th floor flat near the old town

Pros: The location is excellent being near the old town ,beach and transport links. The flat is light , airy and modern and well equipped. The main bedroom and en-suite are large.

Cons: We arrived late evening so it was tiring and annoying to have to collect the keys from a deposit box at the agency ( 10 minute walk from Durandy tram stop ) then walk about 10 minutes to the apartment which is on the fourth floor with 2 stairs and a lift. This not suitable for anyone with reduced mobility or with young children. A curtain was missing in the main bedroom which meant it was too light. I complained about this but it wasn’t resolved.

Pros: Great apartment, ideal for 4 adults. Right on the edge of the old town.

Cons: Some noise from bars.

Absolutely perfect, couldn’t have asked for more.

Pros: The property is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. Perfect for a family or group. In the heart of the city. Right by the old town and all the restaurants. Lovely atmosphere. Will 100% be staying again.

Pros: Excellent location, beautiful apartment with the all amenities, even with the beach umbrellas and chairs.

Cons: Ventilation lacks in secondary bathroom and the unpleasent odor appears. As the apartment is on the highest floor, it is possible to solve it easily.

Great location, very comfortable, great facilities

Pros: The location was great The facilities were great - the washing machine, dryer, air conditioner and dishwasher

Pros: Well equipped apartment with good storage, comfy bed. Delighted with the dishwasher and washing machine tablets. Good communication from My Casa team with clear instructions on everything. Would have loved a later check out , even 12.00 and somewhere to store luggage.

Cons: Check out was at 10.00am which was very early. No facilities to store luggage.

Appartement confortable et bien placé

Pros: Super appartement, grand et bien placé, très confortable. Tous les fonctionnements des appareils sont très bien expliqués dans un classeur. Idéal famille sans (très) jeune enfant.

Cons: L’ascenseur est tout petit, attention une poussette n'y rentre pas. Sans poussette, il suffit. Un peu de bruit dans la rue, mais à un moment, on ne peut pas tout avoir, l'emplacement est central donc ça s'explique.

The place it is big and you can find everything you need. The location is wonderful. Is very close .

Pros: We love the location is very close to the beach and all the main attractions

Cons: The place need to be more clean and has a bad smell in the bathroom.
