Excellent location

Pros: Clean, spacious and modern furnishing. The best feature is the location, the balcony oveelooks the Place Massena and very central. Very helpful and efficient staff. I highly ecommend this apartment.

Had a fantastic time in Nice and the apartment was in a great location for families.

Pros: Location was amazing. We could easily walk to the beach and stroll through old Nice - all felt very safe. Having air conditioning and a lift to take bags up and down was fantastic. Surround by plenty of food options. Public transport was easily accessible.

Cons: Shower head in one of the bathrooms wasn’t functioning properly, so we were limited to one shower. Doona/duvets were in cupboards and didn’t have covers so we didn’t use them.

Pros: convenient location, flexible check in time, spacious apartment for 4 people, elevator access

Cons: Staff inesistente e richieste improbabili come sostituire le lenzuola per 120€ e ritirare le chiavi ad un’altro indirizzo e l’obbligo di caparra di 800€ obbligatorio

Monella tavalla hieno neljän päivän loma kauniissa Nizzassa.

Pros: Sijainti oli loistava, keskellä kauneinta vanhaa kaupunkia. Lähellä ranta ja vanhan kaupungin viihtyisät ravintolat ja kahvilat. Omalta parvekkeelta näkymä Massena-torille, jossa oli vapunpäivänä kulkueita.

Cons: Sängyt olivat ongelma. Toisessa huoneessa olevat kaksi sänkyä natisivat. Isommassa makuuhuoneessa oli kaksoisvuode (Queen size), jossa nukuimme tosi huonosti tyttäreni kanssa, koska patja keinui kuin laiva toisen kääntyessä. Lisäksi meillä oli siinä iso yhteinen peitto, jota ei vaihdettu kahteen erilliseen peittoon, vaikka kävin toimistossa henkilökohtaisesti pyytämässä. Yhden yön huonon nukkumisen jälkeen tyttäreni nukkui seuraavat kolme yötä nahkasohvalla, peittona ohut shaali. Attention: Kaikki (tuskin pariskunnatkaan) eivät halua nukkua saman peiton alla eivätkä keinuvalla parivuodepatjalla!

Great apartment in a great location

Pros: Check in was easy as everything was sorted ahead of arrival. Fabulous location convenient to public transport and the old city. Apartment was spacious and well appointed and exactly as described.

Cons: Wish checkout was later than 10.00. There is only a juliette balcony so wasn't comfortable for more than 2 people to sit outside.

Pros: 니스 도시 중심인 마세나 광장에 위치한 숙소라서 최고 입니다. 니스 어디든 가기 좋은 위치입니다. 유럽 오래된 건물 아파트를 렌트하실 때 고려해야할 사항이 있습니다. 감안하신다면 이 아파트는 좋은 선택이 될겁니다. 1. 숙소가 4층인데 엘레베이터 있어서 좋았지만 마지막날 고장났어요. 엘레베이터 있는지 확인하세요. 2. 에어컨디션이 있으나 추워요. 우리나라 온돌의 따뜻함은 기대하지 마시고 전기장판 챙기세요. 3. 샤워장 컨디션 좋지 않을 수 있어요. 이번 아파트는 샤워장 하수구가 막혀 있어서 뚫었는데 하수구 냄새가 많이 났습니다.

Pros: Amazing location right next to promenade anglaise, market Cours Saleya and old town. Nice kitchen with everything you will need during your stay and balcony which only could fit 2 people but have amazing view on place Masséna.Overall great apartment. The only suggestion is to replace the pillows ( they are not comfortable) and add few light blankets. We only have a heavy winter comforters during our stay with a temperature outside 65-70’ too warm to use them. Definitely would stay there again

We loved our stay and we would recommend to anyone visiting Nice.

Pros: Location was perfect. Close to everything, yet quiet at night.

Cons: Master bedroom could use a blackout curtain when the business across the courtyard leaves the lights on all night. Didn’t happen every night but they were on all weekend and the bedroom was too light to sleep.

Great location, walking distance to major attractions and restaurants. Appartment is very spacious and clean.

Pros: Apparent was spacious and very clean. Very convenient in terms of location. Staff from the rental agency was great, responsive and very friendly.
