Great central apartment close to shopping, beach and old town.

Pros: The apartment was very comfortable and conveniently located. It had everything we needed to be able to cook for ourselves. We found the bed comfortable and the air-conditioning was great. The balcony and terrace were appreciated as was the washing machine .

Lovely apartment in Nice

Pros: The apartment was really nice. It was clean and had everything we needed for a 4 day stay. The location was close to the main square and in a lovely street. Nice Nespresso machine with coffee which I always like! Great cafe right outside the door that did lovely food.

Pros: The location was excellent..And the instructions for gaining entry were easy and informative. The apartment was spacious and clean with 2 large beds plus the option of a sofa bed if required. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils,plates, glasses, cups and cutlery. There was also a kettle, coffee maker, large fridge freezer and a microwave . Just off the open plan kitchen and living room was a lovely little balcony with table and 2 chairs, which we used regularly Off the back bedroom there was a large terraced area too. There was also a washing machine in the bathroom plus ironing board, iron, hairdryer and washing powder. The apartment is within walking distance of the square plus the sea and you are close to buses and trams to get around..We used our 4 days to take the train to Cannes, Antibes, Monaco and Monte Carlo..We had a fabulous stay here and the host was very helpful and quick to respond if you needed any assistance.

Cons: The only issue we had were noisy neighbours, possibly another air b and b in the building, on one of our nights there..but that is no fault of the property itself.

Great place to stay. I highly recommend this apartment.

Pros: Perfect location - close to the beach, to street-line, to train station, to Liberte square. I also appreciate easy communication via WhatsApp with a lady who takes care of the apartment - as we needed one extra pillow, she immediately brought us a completely new one with one extra new duvet. :)

Pros: Amazing apartment! Location is incredibly good. You can reach the city, shops restaurants all by walk. Marlene did respond super quick and was really helpful. Check in was super easy. The apartment was accessible very early and we were allowed to stay until afternoon on check out day, what was just great!!

Cons: The furniture here in there was a little older but all still fine to use!! Nothing to complain about really.
