Lovely 1 Bedroom Apartment - Heart of Nice

Beautiful and safe

Pros: It was so modern and decorated very well, excellent location close to train station and the centre around a 15 minute walk to beach. Felt very safe which was great especially travelling as two young girls. Host very helpful and kind.

Amazing stay at this lovely apartment, all you could need with A/C and central to everything Nice has to offer!

Pros: The apartment is perfect for a couple. The location is amazing, walkable to every spot. It literally has everything you need (thanks for the umbrella, our lifesaver on the beach!). And what’s most important for us - it was clean and neat. Our host was very helpful, always texted back very quickly. We went to a restaurant which he recommended and it was so delicious. Totally worth staying here!

Comfortable apartment with great amenity

Pros: The property was cosy and perfect for us (a couple) for a 4 night stay. The amenities are great, with the cooking facilities and washing machine. And the lollies were a bonus

Cons: Although there is an AC in the bedroom, an extra portable fan would help as it was quite hot in the main room. Sometimes when washing dishes or showering there was a strong sewerage smell

Cons: My stay was too short 😄

Pros: Arnaud was really helpful. The apartament is cozy and really close to the city center and the area is safe and quiet. The bathroom is recently renovated. It has an excelent position if you are planning to take the train to visit other villages on the coast, because it's close to the main train station.

Cons: The apartament needs a little bit of improvement, the walls have some stained or cracked areas but overall it is nice.

Clean and perfectly located

Pros: Me and my boyfriend came to the south of France for our 3 year anniversary. As a young couple this accommodation couldn’t have been more perfect for us! It was budget friendly, and had all the facilities we needed. Not only this but it was super clean and the host Arnaud was extremely helpful as well as super friendly/attentive over messages. The location of the apartment was a short walk from the train station and beach. There’s also a bakery and a small grocery shop on the same street as the accommodation. Overall, we’ve had a lovely time and I’d come back in a heart beat. Thank you to the host for making the trip so effortless and pleasant for me and my boyfriend for our 3 year anniversary! :)
