A diamond of a hotel in a great location and the very best staff

Pros: Superb location and the staff were brilliant especially Diame on reception who gave us a fantastic corner room with balcony.

Cons: Nothing. Excellent value for money

Pros: We like the location of the hotel. It was located close to the train/tram stations, 6 minutes walk to main streets and 12 minutes walk to promenade. Hotel staff was very helpful too. Especially big thank you to Beatriz and David .

Cons: There could be more choices in the breakfast, we almost got the same things everyday, which they were fresh and tasty. Hotel rooms are small. Also provided cups for drinking coffee or tea should be glass not cardboard in the rooms.!

Hotel is great for its value

Pros: The staff (especially the gentleman at reception) and the decor and cleanliness of the room and hotel were great. It was a convenient location for the train and tram station and had plenty of shops close by. It was a nice and easy walk to the promenade.

Cons: You might be woken up throughout the night by events occurring outside such as bin collection and vehicles. The A/C only had the heater option, which often made for a warm sleep

Fantastic location and a beautiful clean hotel

Pros: The location, the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the rooms and hotel in general.

Cons: The pillows (both were too big/thick) there should be one thick and one medium pillow. Breakfast was slightly limited, and bread was always stale (baguette is French speciality) but sadly the baguette was always really hard and stale.

Great value for money, view from room was exceptional, staff were very friendly and welcoming

Pros: The lady who greeted us on the 19.1.2026 around 3ish was lovely. She took the time to show us a map and circle interesting things to do as well as giving us tips on food places. I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name but she went above and beyond.
