Pros: - excellent location - very friendly and responsive host - quite well equipped flat

Cons: - the flat is much smaller than in the photos - the flat needs either more thorough cleaning or a bit of renovation - there was not hot water for one day, which was a nuisance / the host said that we probably switched off the button somewhere (could not find the button anywhere, and after one day we had hot water again so it was not because of us)

Pros: The apartment is great and has everything you need. All the public transportation stations are just a minute or two away. However, everything in Nice was a walking distance (15-20 min walk) from the apartment and only 3min away from the main square, so we ended up not using the public transportation pass we purchased. The apartment has towels, hair dryer, fully equipped kitchen etc. The view from the terrace is buildings but that’s fine because you have everything else. There are also very nice ambient lights in the apartment.

Pros: The washer/laundry, shower, and bed were excellent to have during our long stay. Great location.

Cons: The stools are way too tall and leave no room for your legs under the counter. And the orange couch was kinda dirty? Like maybe someone had put their shoes there. But it wasnt a huge deal we just sat on a towel.

Toto ubytování rozhodně doporučuji

Pros: Vše bylo naprosto super, perfektní domluva s majitelem, bezkontaktní check in, ubytování odpovídalo popisku i fotkám. Velmi si ceníme polohy ubytování. Skvělá dostupnost pláže, vlajkového nádraží, tramvaje i starého města. Při naší příští návštěvě rozhodně rádi opět využijeme.

Pros: Struttura situata al centro a pochi passi dal mare...... Ben arredata con tutti i comfort...

Erittäin siisti huoneisto ja mukavat omistajat. Pieniä virheitä lukuunottamatta.

Pros: Sijainti oli mahtava, aivan nizzan ytimessä. Huoneessa oli kiva varustus mm keittiö tarvikkeita. Valaistus huoneessa oli mukava. Rauhallinen kerrostalo, ei kuulunut ääniä ja oli kaikinpuolin turvallinen olo. Huoneessa oli myös erittäin hyvä ilmastointi.

Cons: En tykännyt kun sängyn petivaatteet eivät olleet neutraalin värisiä mm aluslakana. Pieniä tahroja peitossa. Terävä sängyn kulma johon meinaa lyödä jalkansa joka kerta kun ohi kävelee.

Pros: No breakfast was provided. The location was fine.

Cons: The bed situation was a Murphy bed in the wall, but it worked OK.

Cons: All was great. Instructions to check in could have been presented in an easier format for those with low data/poor WiFi connections

Pros: 地理位置方便，在尼斯的一切活动都可以靠步行完成，门口有有轨电车站。房东人非常好，有问必答且都很及时。房间和床都足够大，两人住很舒适，设施完善，阳台可以晾衣服。性价比很高的住宿，推荐给来尼斯玩的人。
