Great location and comfortable space,with good air conditioning and easy access to the train,beach
Pros: The accommodation is spacious and very comfortable, with good air conditioning. What truly sets it apart is the spectacular location — just a short walk to both the train station and the beach. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and supermarkets are conveniently close as well. Any minor inconveniences in the accommodation are easily outweighed by how ideal the surroundings are. The host, Stephane, is extremely nice, kind and is always available. That´s really nice.
Cons: The accommodation did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned. When I opened the kitchen cupboard, I found remnants of uncooked food, such as small pieces of pasta in opened packaging. Additionally, the cupboard was lined with calendar paper, which I consider unhygienic. There was no soap provided for the dishwasher, which made it difficult to maintain proper kitchen hygiene during the stay so I had to buy it. The towels seemed inadequately washed, and the lighting in the bedroom was insufficient. Two very old televisions were placed on the floor(living room and bedroom), which I recommend be removed to improve the overall appearance and safety of the space. The bed cover, which appeared to be a blanket, was in a dark color that made it hard to tell whether it was clean or not. I suggest using a lighter, more neutral color to ensure cleanliness is visible and reassuring for guests. I booked the accommodation for 9 days for 3 people, yet only found three toilet paper rolls in the bathroom, which was not sufficient for the duration of our stay.

Fantastically located apartment with air conditioning!
Pros: Fantastic location. Has air conditioning that works! It has been 35+ outside so really grateful to have A/C. Very comfortable bed. Functional kitchen. Plenty of room.

Pros: Perfect location! The apartments are old-fashioned, but have everything like home.
Cons: The bed linen is dark in color, so you can't tell if it's clean or not. The towels looked like they had been used for years as well.

Pros: The apartment has a fantastic location in the old town of Nice. The area is full of good restaurants and cafes and we can recommend enjoying a good glass of wine at the wine merchant on the ground floor. It is close to the beach and the famous promenade. Our host Stephane was extremely helpful and accommodating. He is a star in his own right.

Host and place exceeded expectations, wouldn’t hesitate to book again!
Pros: Location was amazing and Stephane, the host was amazingly accommodating and kind. He was also very helpful and always responded to questions within minutes! Could suggest this place more, for what we paid it far exceed our expectations and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again next time I’m in Nice!
Cons: pillows were not very comfortable but that is an easy fix.

If we go to Nice again, we'll definitely choose this apartment.
Pros: Lovely,clean apartment with great facilities in a perfect place( the beach promenade,the flower market,shops,restaurants,attractions are within the walking distance. Spacious room,well equipped kitchen,large bathroom.
Cons: The only drawback is the second floor but Stephane helped us with the suitcase. He is very helpful and a nice man to deal with.

Чудовий відпочинок
Pros: Дуже зручне розташування, все в квартирі продумано до дрібниць. Є навіть пляжні аксесуари. Приємно було отримати подарунок від господаря -пляшку вина. Біля дому розташована пекарня. Повернулись би ще раз.
Cons: Диван був зламаний і перевертався, що було небезпечно для дітей. З відкритими вікнами спати не вийде дуже шумно з клубу навпроти. Але якщо вікна зачинені, то повна тиша. Хазяїн зробив гарну звукоізоляцію.
