Location is amazing so close to the beach and restaurants

Pros: Excellent location right in the middle of Nice historic centre and only minutes to the beach. It is also close to lots of restaurants and also the tram which will take you up to the main train station in minutes. Everything was provided for a comfortable stay and the apartment was very clean and check in went smoothly.

Cons: As the unit is on the 4th floor with no lift there were well over 100 stairs to our apartment. The unit is very compact which was ok but getting into the shower was difficult as it had a very small opening and may be challenging for some people.

Pros: Emplacement idéal avec boulangerie, supérette, parking et superbe bar à vin à moins de 50m. Quartier animé mais pas de nuisances sonores.

Cons: La description devrait préciser que les 4 étages élevés rendent l'accès difficile pour certaines personnes avec des valises.

Pros: Amazing location. The air conditioner comes very handy! You find everything you need, for example umbrealla to take to the beach, washing machine with cleaning tablet, cable TV... The staff is very customer oriented, they answer messages very quick. We arrived earlier than the checkin time and they were very kind and flexible to let us checkin early.

Cons: The apartment is on the 4th floor, but the building follows French standards — each floor is much taller than in modern buildings, almost like two regular floors. So it actually feels more like being on the 8th floor. There is no elevator. The shower is a little bit narrow and difficult to get in.
