Art deco glamour - like being on a film set!

Pros: This turned out to be an iconic penthouse apartment in an iconic building from the time c100 years ago when Nice was developing as a glamorous holiday location. It was even featured in a film we saw about Nice in the nearby museum! We loved the terrace, the sea views, the beautiful stairways and proximity to the excellent tram system.

Cons: For a high-end property the necessity of collecting the keys and returning them (with all our luggage and always in the opposite direction to the airport) felt annoyingly inconvenient. We've travelled a lot to managed self catering companies and have rarely had to do this. Indeed the whole 'on-line concierge' system felt quite officious and remote. In contrast, the little notes left by the family at the apartment were welcoming and personal. You were clearly a big part of saving this great building and I applaud you.

Pros: Great location, large terrace, the view, very clean place, unique beautiful building

Muito interessante e divertida.

Pros: A localização, o espaço do apartamento e a vista para o mar. Muito perto da Promenade e do transporte de e para o aeroporto. Cozinha bem equipada.

Cons: Seria melhor alguém estar à espera para entregar as chaves e também poderíamos ter deixado as chaves dentro do apartamento à saída, sem ter de voltar à agência para devolver. Não gosto muito de não contactar pessoalmente com alguém, como acontece aqui.
