ESPERANCE HOTEL

Very nice and helpful receptionist. Clean room. Great location.

Pros: Perfect location. Very nice and helpful receptionist. The room was clean, the beds were arranged as requested. There were also extra blankets. There is enough space for 2 people and the small luggages. The room also has AC, which we didn’t need in February, but it’s an info for others. This hotel had exactly what we needed. Good for the price at a location which makes travel easy to other towns but also close to Nice center.

Cons: The room has a wet bathroom. Which i knew when booking, i just forgot about it by the time we arrived. So it’s fine because i knew, i just think wet bathrooms suck, because you need to keep your clothes and towel outside. And in general just not a good idea. I think it’s important to know. But it is ok for 1-2 nights.

Pros: Near train station. Very good location for transport links. Rooms are quiet as at the back of the building. Functional room.

Cons: This is a room where you can not do self catering, no fridge, plates or cutlery. You have to go out to eat and drink, but this was clearly stated when booking. There is a pay coffee drinks machine in the reception and can be used when it is open, there are a few chairs and tables

Pros: location staff and room was perfect for what we wanted, only had slight issues with window /door, once we opened the window at top we could not move the handle again to lock it- not an issue for us as we were on fourth floor- door to small balcony was a nice touch we arrived with the door opened and we closed it at night but then in the morning we could not open again- hence why we opened the 2nd window to let some air in the room. did not have an impact on our stay and we did not mention to reception- but im sure if it had any impacton on us reception would have sorted for us.

Pros: The location in my case is 10/10. The staff are friendly and the room was cleaned daily, with clean towels, hot water, and free air conditioning. There are shops, fast food places, and restaurants nearby, and the train station is a 3-minute walk away. I recommend this hotel.

Pros: The location is very convenient and the stuffs are friendly. They let us store our luggage on the departure day

Cons: The facilities are okay but the first day there is a power shortage occurred for like 3-4hours. Not really a big deal but still disturbing

Great hotel close to attractions and transport.

Pros: The hotel was close to everything I needed such as attractions, shops, restaurants, the tram, and the train. The check-in was easy and the staff were helpful and kind. I tried my French but it isn't very good. However, their English was brilliant and they seemed very happy to help me and very understanding. The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided. Everything was very clean and tidy and it was nice and quiet during the evening.

Cons: The room was a little on the small side but saying that there was only me so it didn't really matter.

Pros: The Hotel was fine ,staff very happy ,location fine .

Pros: Nice hotel situated close to the main train station and about 15-20 mins from the old town. Very welcoming at reception and accommodated our request to leave our bags at reception before check in.
