Very happy

Pros: Staff were excellent Room clean beds so comfy Only problem shower very small

Cons: Shower door slightly broken and not even space to move in unless your skinny

Pros: Position is just perfect: in a quite street close to both the station and the city center. Room was recently renovated and clean, with comfortable bed and pillows, and double glazed windows. Staff were nice and helpful.

Cons: The wifi was spotty and breakfast didn't have a lot of savoury options.

Excellent base for Nice

Pros: Our first floor room was lovely, spacious, well decorated, with a Juliet balcony and small but modern shower room. The look of the room was way better than the dull-looking reception area led me to expect. The hotel is super close to the station - handy if you're into train rides - and to a whole bunch of cafes, restaurants and a Monoprix supermarket. The tram stop is 5 minutes way. I'd go there again.

Cons: The station area is not to everyone's taste. It's a bit rough and grungy and polluted in terms of air quality.

Nice hotel ans nice location

Pros: The location was very central! The room was modern and clean!

Cons: The lifts weren’t working and walking up to the 4th floor with my elderly mother wasn’t too great! The bathroom was very small for a 3 person room.

Pros: Everything was super clean, spacious bathroom, all necessary hotel amenities.

Cons: The design is a bit old, there wasn’t many charger outlets around the bed and bathroom. Maybe some little renovations and tiny modifications are required.

Pros: Got upgraded to a double-roon bed and the cleaning staff did not wake me up in the morning for room service. In fact, the room service was done even though I left the room almost at noon. The 24h reception and proximity to the promenade were also great

Cons: The WiFi connection wasn't the best and one LED ceiling light was flickering sometimes.

Great 4-days stay at this hotel. I'm coming back here.

Pros: Location was perfect as I planned to use TER quite often. People were also great, very nice and friendly. They allowed me to keep my bagages and even let me change a bill to coins.

Cons: If each room has a security box and a fridge, I'd have nothing more to say.
