Worth for this money and good for a short stay

Pros: Was super close to the train station. Easy and fast check in. Could leave my bag after check out for few hours while did shopping.

Cons: Area a bit dangerous as it is close to the train station. Also in the room was only one big towel. The fan - too old and not powerful at all. I could hear like people in the rooms close by open the doors, talking

Pros: The sheets are impeccable clean, the bathroom has a good size and is new, the towels are top clean and changed daily. They have a great shampoo!! I have discovered it by necessity and ordered it also for my home country. Also the room is well maintained daily (vacuum, beds are done). The personnel is welcoming and always trying to help. The hotel lobby is top clean also, each day after day. I already feel like I am at home each time I come back to this hotel. Thank you Mme Nabila, Mr. Olivier et Yasin!

Cons: double rooms are quite small but I guess this is it with the space on the Cote d'Azur!

Pros: I liked everything, good location close to the railway station and all the shops and cafes. It’s nice, new, renovated, clean, friendly staff.

Cons: That it didn’t have a kettle in the room. I am a morning person and there was not way to have tea or coffee before the breakfast. It would be good to have a kettle either in the room or at least in the corridor.

I would stay there again! Location and people were nice!!!

Pros: Location is perfect and people who work there are very kind and polite (even being French) if you know what I mean

The staff was very kind, professional, and always ready to help. The location is convenient, close to shops and attractions. The atmosphere was calm and pleasant. Highly recommended!

Pros: Only a few minutes walk from Nice Ville station. It’s a basic small hotel which is comfortable and clean. Ideal for a short stay.

Cons: Staff, especially the man who was on the desk in the evening of my stay, could learn some public relations skills! If you say good evening you don’t expect to be ignored, going out, and then grunted at without making eye contact, going back in.

Perfect location and value for money, would recommend to anyone!

Pros: Hotel is in perfect location and it really offers great value for money! Rooms are small but very clean, towels are changed daily. We checked in after midnight without any issues. Night guard was very polite and helpful.

Cons: There is an awkward smell of petrol in the area around hotel, maybe it was something that's not hotel related but that was the only bad thing 😁
