Great stay
Pros: Check in was easy, there’s a 24hr reception. The room was clean and cosy. The bed was comfortable. Very central and easy to access via train, walk or tram. Would highly recommend.

Excellent value for money
Pros: Location was exceptional, right by the tram stoo and a short walk to the Train Station. Just off the main shopping street, with plenty of cafes etc
Cons: My room key stopped working 2 hours before checkout time and the cleaner kept knocking on my door between 10 & 12 noon (checkout) to try get in to clean even though I had a do not disturb sign on the door

All in all, it was a safe, convenient, and pleasant stay … perfect for a short solo trip.
Pros: The location was great, and the staff made me feel safe as a solo female traveler. I really appreciated that the reception was open 24/7. It was also very convenient that I could leave my luggage at the hotel for safekeeping both before check-in and after check-out. Even though the room was small, it was well maintained and quite clean.
Cons: For the price I paid, the room was quite small. If I had brought a large suitcase, I might have felt a bit overwhelmed. But I booked last minute, and they were ready for me when I arrived, which was great. I booked on the same day and still didn’t feel like I was an inconvenience… that was a big plus. So I don’t want to complain too much about the room size or price. Still, with a big piece of luggage, it could have been tight. Some people mentioned a smell in their reviews, so I was prepared for the worst… but I have a pretty sensitive nose, and honestly, I didn’t have anything to complain about. There was a smell, but nothing bad … just the kind of scent you notice when you enter a new environment.

A memorable stay!
Pros: A very comfortbale room with en-souite bathroom. A very central location next too Notre-Dame and 15min from Promenade des Anglais. Avenue Jean Medecin is couple of meters away from the Hotel's entrance.
Cons: The parking is an issue. You should consider a rather big amount ( i paid 42 euros in Notre-Dame Parking) as an extra to the room price. Nevertheless, you are still in the very centre of Nice and it might be considered as self-evident(?)...

Great choice.
Pros: The hotel is very close to the main train station (5 minutes walk) and it is 1 km away from the main square (10/15 minutes walk ). The room was small but comfortable (it has everything you need). The staff was friendly.
Cons: The walls are very thin and you can hear the neighbors talking.
