The place to stay in Nice
Pros: Nice, cosy, clean studio equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay in beautiful Nice.Close to the city center. The host is very friendly and helpful. I had a great stay!

Studio in Nizza
Pros: Good Location, all areas of Nizza been reachable in walking distance. You can only hear vibration of the train occasionally, otherwise as no windows to the back of the house no further train noises. Host has been quickly in response and seems minimal language barrier as I used Google Translate (Booking.com should offer translation directly;) ) Provided an additional blanket for us.
Cons: Windows to the front are not well protected and can hear everyone walking past. The door cannot be locked from the inside (secondary lock). I personally found the PIN code too easy.

Nice small room for a comfortble stay
Pros: The property is smaller than it looks in the pictures but has all the amenities required for a stay. It opens directly onto the street. The hosts are also open to receive our feedback and improve on it. The location is right behind the railway station, so easy to catch the RER trains. Worth the money and
Cons: The bed is a spring bed attached to the sofa. Not very comfortable. We informed the hosts and they said that they will upgrade it to a proper comfortable bed.

Good location; modern apartment; can improve the bed
Pros: The location was quite good, close to the bus and tram lines and also has a big Carrefour really close. The apartment is very nicely done up; it is a very compact space but everything is planned perfectly so you have everything one can need.
Cons: The bed is actually a sofa-bed and hence quite uncomfortable to sleep on. There were some issues with the WIFI for which we were stranded without network for about 30-45 minutes. After contacting the hosts, they did come to fix the issue in half an hour; however there first response was that it must have been a problem with our phones. This was not the most appropriate way to tackle the situation; rather than trying to understand the actual problem.

Lovely little flat just as expected
Pros: The flat was very nicely furnished, had everything you needed and was clean. The centre of Nice was also easily accessible by foot and public transport.
Cons: The area is a bit noisy and you can hear when people walk by and talk outside.

Amazing location. Cosy modern apartment.
Pros: Fantastic location near the old town with excellent transportation options. This ment that we could go back and forth from the flat with ease. Clean, with lots of modern amenities. Everything you would want from a self catering stay. We love the fact it was very close to a massive supermarket, so we could eat lots of Nice French food. The bed is a sofa bed, but is high quality and comfortable
Cons: It didn't bother us, but it is worth noting, the apartment is right next to a train line. Therefore you would hear and feel a train go past slowely regularly. This did not effect our comfort or sleeping.

Pros: Great location, clean, comfy and really nice little apartment. Really close by to bus stops, train, and walking distance to shops and tram stations. It was great to have aircon, and when we needed the washing machine our host kindly dropped off some washing tablets which was great. The place has everything you need and we loved our stay here!
Cons: A little noisy at times being near a train track/station and a road but that’s to be expected when staying somewhere central.

Pros: Everything it was good! Thanks for your recommendations about shops and market. It’s really helpful Who wants to go to the beaches is perfect location The train station is 3 min walk wasn’t any noise from the trains, a little bit noise from the street The main door is very secure I would stay again I definitely recommend
