Nice appartment, good value for money

Pros: The host was very friendly and helpful, provided all nesessary information and tips around the place. The location is very good, proximity to the bus stop and train station allowed us to travel along the Cote d'Azur easily by public transport. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom - all devices worked fine (including air condition, washing machine and dishwasher).

Cons: The kitchen untensils and floor were not ideally clean upon our arrival. There was a need to wash all pans, dishes, cutlery before the first use. The bed was not super comfy, but OK to relax after intensive day of walking around.

Sehr ruhige Wohnlage mit einer Bushaltestelle und einem schönen Strand

Pros: Lage: -Die Lage ist ausserhalb von Nizza -nähe Saint Laurent du Var, Jachthafen -Dort gibt es sehr viele Speiselokale aus der ganzen Welt -Eine schönen grossen und ruhige Badestrand -in ca. 4 Minuten gibt es eine Bushaltestelle

Ubytování dělají lidé, chválím Johna, který se o apartmán stará, s jeho prací naprostá spokojenost!

Pros: Ubytování je ideální pro 1-2 hosty. Ocenil jsem vybavenou kuchyň včetně trouby, klimatizaci, balkón. Na pláž 4 minuty chůze. Velmi dobře hodnotím čistotu a úklid apartmánu. Komunikace s Johnem, který se o apartmán stará, byla perfektní, mluví bez problému anglicky, vše proběhlo jak jsme se předem domluvili.

Cons: Bylo by fajn, kdyby měl apartmán Wifi, jinak ale není co vytknout, ostatní plusy převažují tento drobný nedostatek.
