Cosy small hotel 400m from Promenade des Anglais

Pros: Perfectly located cosy hotel, nice & helpful staff

Really comfortable stay with friends, perfect location, excellent amenities and helpful staff.

Pros: Loved the location and the hotel environment/vibe. Rooms a good size and very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Marked down from exceptional as no shampoo or shower gel and would have liked a glass for water and other refreshments.

Pros: Location of this hotel is excellent. Short straight walk to the sea and Promenade. Also a short walk to the train station and the Old Town. Plenty of places to eat in the direct vicinity but not a noisy location. Most helpful ladies on reception! Although we were only 2 people, we booked room 21 which had plenty of space, a small kitchen and a lovely roof garden for us to enjoy the sunshine.

Cons: Hard to find a negative so I am not going to try!

Clean and modern hotel in a great location with lovely and helpful staff

Pros: The staff were really friendly, we really felt they were going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room and whole hotel was clean, the bathroom was large and we like the wet room style. The room and hotel were quiet and the room was dark during night which is good for me as I’m sensitive to light in the night. The hotel was in a great location, close to the beach, old town and a supermarket over the road, in a safe location.

Cons: The WiFi in our room dropped in and out and when it was in the connection was too poor to download things for our day at the beach etc. The fridge also didn’t get cold for us to put our water bottles in.

Comfy stay in the heart of the Nice

Pros: Very nice hotel, comfortable bed, clean room. Great location. Very friendly staff. Will definitely be back!

Cons: Mold in shower ☹️

Pros: Stayed for 6 nights in a large single room which was very comfortable with excellant facilities, Air con, mini fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, room and bathroom was very clean with walk in shower. The hotel is situated 10 mins walk from Nice ville station and 5 mins from the seafront in an excellant area with plenty of restaurants close by, across the road from the hotel is a little supermarket which sells everything, 6 bottles of water for 1 euro! A big thanks to Nicolas and Karine on reception who were most helpful and excellant hosts. I can highly recommend this small but excellant hotel and shall be returning soon.

Comfortable and relaxing stay with a great location

Pros: Comfortable and relaxing room. Plenty of space for 2 of us with a nice bed and pillows. Great location and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lovely weekend in Nice!

Pros: Wonderful staff who are warm and helpful. A very comfortable room and bed, all basic amenities are there, very clean and good A/C. Facilities to make coffee/tea. Cleaning is done by request, same with towel change. A great location: very close to many wonderful restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and coffee shops. 10 min walk to the main train station and 5 min to main shopping street with trams to get around the city. Old City is 10-15 min. Beach is 5 min away.

Cons: Nothing!

Cons: Could do with a door between the bedroom and entree hall in a family room

Modern central hotel in Nice

Pros: Near beach and shops, very impressive, nearby you could find local restaurants, supermarkets and Michelin restaurants, posh shops. Receptionist is very friendly and nice. You could rent beach towels and umbrella, very close to beach.

Cons: Can’t find anything don’t like.
