Location, cleanliness and stuff are on the top

Pros: The hotel is on a side street, which is super because is silence. It is in middle of distance from the airport to the center. The stuff is absolutely amazing!

Cons: The walls were a bit too thin, but fortunately by 10:30 pm all the people were very silence and we have slept very comfortably.

Lovely hosts, home away from home vibes.

Pros: Our hosts were exceptionally kind and helpful, they made our stay super nice. The villa is a bit further from the center, close to the sea, but evenings can be well spent staying in the garden as well, as they serve dinner and drinks.

Cons: Everything was great.

Great accomodation in Nice

Pros: Lovely room, bright and comfortable. Good breakfast. The kindest and most helpful staff. Good position in a quiet area, close to the beach, to the tram stop from the airport and to the city centre, lots of supermarkets and shops nearby.

Cons: I liked everything.

Excellent stay in Nice

Pros: The host was very kind, every places were all clean, beautiful garden, breakfast was great

Cons: I could hear the people's talking from the next door in the room but as they stopped talking in the middle of the night, it didn't bother me much.

Pros: The hotel is home like and I love the Garden. It’s cosy and clean and accessible to Trams and other transportations. And it’s clean!

Cons: Maybe just the door lock but it’s not a big deal.

Highly rated definately stay again

Pros: Good area, close to bus and tram and train stations, making it easy to get arround Nice and surrounding area. Very peaceful Hotel, Lovely courtyard garden to have coffee, breakfast or dinner. Hotel owner manager exceptionally helpful and all areas of the hotel spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed. Definately highly recommend this Hotel.
