Comfortable stay!

Pros: Nice decoration, very comfortable and clean! The staff very helpful! View in the Parc of Phoenix, aéroport and the sea! They use Rituals products, which I love!

Pros: Lovely staff and decent breakfast. Good value for money.

Cons: Family room had a little too much 'stuff'. Made it narrow in places to pass the table and the hanging space.

Good option for an hotel near airport

Pros: Good location near airport, large rooms, good beds and clean bathroom. Nice touch was the Nespresso coffee machine in the room.

Pleasant, comfortable and friendly staff.

Pros: We selected this hotel due to its proximity to the airport and the price. We were pleasantly surprised to find it was close to public transport links both by train and the tram. The room was comfortable, though a bit tight with four of us. The bathroom had both a bath and a shower that was quite large, though the drainage of the shower was a bit of an issue. Beds were super comfortable. We had breakfast one morning and it had both hot and cold options, fruit, pastries, eggs, sausages, as well as other things. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to get us checked in when we arrived early. We did not use the swimming pool due to time but it looked really nice.

Cons: We had some issues with drainage of the shower and the soap dispenser was not attached to the wall in the toilet which appeared to be an issue previously. The kitchen unit could have used some basic dishes.

Very nice hotel

Pros: Clean, comfy and airco worked well which is essential in August. Kitchen was reasonably well stocked. Shampoo and shower gels was Rituals which is nice. Hotel provides pool towels which is nice - pool is refreshingly cold! Staff was friendly and accommodating.
