Better than I expected.

Pros: The location and the view was just breathtaking taking away. the room was just perfect. The owner was just amazing. Had the best stay in Nice ever. Been to Nice 4 times in one year. This one was the most welcoming place. The owner was the most polite host ever, he met all our meets. I will be staying here next year again that's for sure. Perfect place for sunrise and sunset lovers. Having read about toilet size, all depending on what size you are really, we had no problem. If you are bigger than average, you may struggle, simple. The room was cleaned everyday, towels changed everyday. Clean plates and cups. Bed very comfortable and the pillows good as well. Had great night sleep as well. It can get loud outside but you are at the main road, what do you expect. I stayed in 4 different parts of Nice this year. At the end of the day it's a city! Gets dusty if you leave the window open all day, obviously.

Cons: Can't complain about anything.

Cheap,clean, great view, close to tram and bus.

Pros: The view , it was clean.It's not luxury but it's clean and the Mister from reception is very friendly.

A little bit Fawlty Towers but just perfect for me

Pros: It was a sweet little hotel. Not a chain but family run. Its not a 5 star, nor does it claim to be! Its cheap and cheerful and right on the beach with some lovely shops and bakeries and coffee shops about. Its also very near a train stop so is very very easy to get to and from airport and out and about.

Cons: Not much, was travelling alone and suited me perfectly.

Beautiful view

Pros: The owner is very nice and kind! I asked to change the room for one with a balcony and he arranged it without making a problem. The room(47) was big and with a great view. AC and fridge were working well and we had everything we needed. The tram stop is right behind the hotel (Carras is the name of the stop).

Cons: It could be better cleaned but since we asked to change the room with short notice I can't ask for much more. The owner even vaccumed just before giving us the key.

Good position, great for solo traveler, host going extra mile.

Pros: Host was very nice and helpful. Manage to give me a room with a sea view ☺️ Omg amazing view! If you are for swimming, perfect position. Close to airport, tram station and short ride to town centre. Room was good size, double bed comfortable.

Cons: Toilet is very small and awkward positioned. If you are tall make sure to speak with the host to provide you a room with normal size bathroom.

Pros: It was perfectly located. Easy access to anywhere with the tram and bus stops outside. Everything you need is close by: supermarket, bakery, local restaurants. It was clean. My room had an amazing sea view as well. The owner

Cons: It’s quite old - could do with refurbishment. It’s on a noisy busy road but it’s also a pretty road, but the windows and blinds shut that out. The owner is there 24/7 and is very friendly and helpful.
