Fine

Pros: The accommodation was lovely. The check-in was excellent—the lady met us right in front of the building, so there was no waiting at all. There’s a stunning view of the main promenade from the 7th-floor rooftop. Plus, everything was within walking distance.

Cons: The accommodation looks a bit larger in the photos, and the bed was on the firmer side, but it was nothing we couldn't handle. The electric kettle wasn't working from the start, and neither was part of the stove. However, the other half of the stove worked fine, so we managed.

Great host

Pros: Sarah was an excellent host who provided good advice on transport from airport and kept in touch to help with check in process. She also was willing to assist in providing car parking at a much cheaper nightly rate than public car parks in the area. Very nice welcome drinks and snacks provided.

Cons: Cooking pans and utensils could be updated but did not affect my stay as we ate out most days.

Perfect location, perfect flat, perfect pool.

Pros: Small but perfectly formed apartment in the most perfect location. Rooftop pools with the best views you could possibly hope for. Seconds away from everything you could need but still exceptionally peaceful. Loved it.

Pros: Sarah so helpful, near bus stops, shops, restaurants. The apartman was so clean! Rooftops with spa, few meters from the sea - awesome!

Amazing host, property and location!

Pros: The location and the rooftop pool area were fantastic. If we ever had any cause to contact the owner she got back to us immediately. On the whole the property/location and host were fantastic. Many thanks

Cons: The bed was a pull down and as a result wasn’t the sturdiest. A bit creaky.

Perfectly located to explore Nice.

Pros: The location of this property was perfect. It is on the Promenade des Anglais opposite the beach, a very short walk to many restaurants and only 5 minute walk from Nice old town where there are many laneways full of shops, restaurants and things to see. The apartment was small but very clean and everything functioned perfectly. The host was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and very quiet.

Cons: Nothing, it was all really good.

Best location in Nice!

Pros: The studio is super well-equipped, clean, fantastic location and the building has an unbelievable pool terrace with gorgeous views of Nice. There’s also a bonus little balcony. Host Sarah was lovely - great communication, left snacks and even Prosecco for us! Would very highly recommend!

Cons: No negatives
