Comfortable and luxurious stay with nice food and helpful staff

Pros: I liked Everything! the facilities, the room was luxe and comfortable, the restaurant has nice and fresh food. People working there very professionals and kind. The chocolate dessert send your « papilles » to the heaven!

Cons: There is nothing to write here.

Friendly staff and excellent transport links. Pity about the foul weather it was warmer and dryer at home.

Pros: Very convenient to the airport and tramway. Comfortable and clean. Breakfast so much better than the Radisson blue down the road. Lounge OK but no beer in the fridge only coke type drinks.

Cons: The strange idea of limiting room temperature to 21.

Convenient and Comfortable.

Pros: Great location if you don't want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the city. It is only a short tram ride away from downtown and if you have a car, the carpark beneath the hotel is significantly cheaper than the city centre car parks. We stayed at the weekend, so this mainly business district felt quiet and the hotel its self appeared to have very few guests the night we stayed, but that only made it better. The room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was very nice, with a good selection of items.

Cons: My only criticism would be the service in the restaurant was a little haphazard. Our meal arrived before our drinks, which meant it sat under the heat lamp while they organised them. Disappointing, especially as we were the only people there at the time.

Pros: Very convenient location for travelling around, spacious room, tea /Coffee facilities, good breakfast, good sauna.

Cons: There is a very tiny window in the room with no ventilation , it is not healthy.

Pros: breakfast excellent - only poor rating was for club lounge - quite messy , no food left and needed clearing up at about 08.30pm

Pros: Easy and fast check in, even late at night Great location, short walk from the airport and the train station Comfortable bed and room Good breakfast and excellent lunch.

Cons: Room was slightly too warm for me (22 degrees) but with opening windows that was easy to fix.

Pros: The location was amazing, walking distance from the airport, train station, and other means of transportation. Friendly and helpful staff as well.

Cons: The happy hour at the executive lounge was very underwhelming.
