Cozy studio with a sea view

Wonderful apartment right by the sea

Pros: The apartment itself was very comfortable. All the amenities (microwave, washing machine...) were as described and in great condition, along with little things like clothespins and consumables such as laundry pods. Central heating could actually be adjusted in the room, and could be turned off completely; there is also an adjustable electric heater in the bathroom. The location is amazing, probably even more so if you're here for the summertime. The tram station is within a 1 minute walking distance, the airport is relatively close, so you could get from there on foot. You can exit the building in both directions - towards the promenade or onto the 'Californie avenue. Having a 20-minute walk along the promenade is really a way to start your day. Special thanks to the host for being flexible with the check-in time and for providing information on nearby shops and restaurants open late.

Pros: We had a truly wonderful stay at this place! It had everything we needed — and more. The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with all the essentials and thoughtful extras. It felt like a real home away from home. The host was very kind, understanding, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. It was a real joy to stay here, and I would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommended!

Pros: Beautiful sea view, very nice condition of the building and the apartment. Friendly and helpful landlord. The stay was really enjoyable!

Cons: The location is a bit distant from the city centre, but it has a great public transportation options both from the airport and centre. It’s quiet and peaceful.

Lovely location and views

Pros: Great location and view from the balcony, really comfortable room and our host was very helpful throughout our visit and always responded straight away 10/10 would stay again!

Pros: Perfect apartment, everything was exactly as described and even better. The flat is very well-thought, it had all the supplies like coffee, tea etc, capsules for the washing machine, lots of extra towels and even beach chairs and umbrella. Wi-Fi was really good, as well as big smart TV. Location and view are amazing, the beach is truly 1 minute walk from the apartment, also there are supermarkets, restaurants and tram station super close. Couldn't wish for more, very fair price and value for money. The host was very responsive, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for your vacation on French Riviera!

Pros: The studio was exactly right for us. It was inexpensive and although we were concerned that it may be too small, it proved to be bigger than we thought. It's location was excellent..10 minutes to the centre. The owner addressed any questions rapidly and caringly. Just a great experience. The shower room was brand new. The Aircon effective.
