Pros: Great location near the whiter parts of the beach. Easy 20min walk into old town Nice. But very close to the tram which takes you if you don’t want to walk. Easy to get from airport to accommodation by tram and also cheap enough to get an Uber. Comfortable for my family of 4.

Amazing

Pros: It was cozy, had everything we needed (kitchen utensils, shampoo kit), it was close to the tram station and really close to the beach (5 min). There were also markets close by. The host was helpful and nice.

Pros: The location is excellent: the beach is really no more than a 5-minute walk away. There are cafes and shops nearby, as well as a tram stop to the city center and the airport. The apartment is spacious and equipped with everything you need for cooking, laundry, and ironing. There's plenty of storage space. The windows overlook the courtyard, making it quiet and perfect for a good night's sleep. Ideal for a family of 3-4 person.

Cons: 1. Check-out until 11:00 2. The bed linen had not been ironed 3. Minor dust on surfaces

Pros: Pozitionarea,, confortul, dotariile, terasa, accesul usor catre magazine si mijloace de transport.

Cons: Totul a fost ok, pentru o ospitalitate mai buna la venirea oaspetilor, as sugera o sticla de vin si o cutie de bomboane sau ciocolata sau un cos cu fructe. Nu ar strica si saci de gunoi de rezervă si hartie igienică de rezervă, noi ne-am cumpărat.

Superschoon, compleet en fijn verblijf.

Pros: Het was zo compleet en heel erg schoon en fris. Fijn terrasje, goede airco. De locatie was ook goed, supermarktjes om de hoek, strand 3 minuten lopen. Tram en Limefietsen ook om de hoek, dus je kan je heel makkelijk verplaatsen vanuit hier in Nice. Nog een enorm pluspunt; héél veel opbergruimte. En veel dank aan de vriendelijke host!

Pros: Провели прекрасний вікенд з дівчатами в квартирі. Дуже зручне розташування, свіжий ремонт, є все необхідне для комфортного проживання. Поруч: море, трамвай, аеропорт , Англійська набережна. Окремо дякуємо Євгенію за швидке заселення та допомогу у вирішенні деяких питань. Рекомендуємо!!!
