漂亮的公寓，美丽的MONIKA，让我们的第三次尼斯之旅更加愉快温馨

Pros: 1.绝佳的地理位置，可以一览无余地欣赏海景；下楼拐弯走几分钟即可到花市和萨莱亚集市，到购物中心也很便捷； 2.空间宽敞，设施齐全，沙发很松软，门窗的隔音效果也不错；管理方还专门为我们准备了欢迎的零食和香槟酒；厨房里备有基本的调味品，尤其是备了一瓶全新的橄榄油，方便客人自己动手烹饪美食； 3.负责接待的MONIKA非常贴心，在我们的UBER使用遇到问题向她求助时，她毫不犹豫地帮忙我们解决了难题。当我们到达住所时，她热情地接待了我们，向我们逐一介绍了公寓的设施。在住宿期间，还经常问询我们的情况，以便随时提供帮助。总之，美丽热情能干的MONIKA，让这间漂亮的海景公寓更添色彩。作为第一批入住此间公寓的客人，我们很荣幸能遇到她。

Cons: 1.对于做中餐而言，厨房的抽油烟机和炉具可能稍稍娇气一些，它们总要时不时休息一下；个别的夹取锅具的夹子有点故障，建议替换； 2.晚上走动时，房间木地板的声音比较响。当然，这是老房子的通病。
