Pros: Excellent location, very bright, comfortable, secure, with a well appointed kitchen which was appreciated on a longer stay.

Cons: Can't think of anything major!

We had a super relaxing stay in the perfect flat.

Pros: Proximity to sea and shops. Spacious rooms. Very clean. Well furnished and bright decor.

Cons: Sometimes the neighbours upstairs were rather noisy, usually early morning.

Wonderful stay in Nice!

Pros: Perfect location. Close to all restaurants and bars. Well equipped 2 bedroomed apartment with 2 bathrooms which is perfect when travelling woth friends. Would definitely recommend this property. Loved it.

Cons: Would be better with private parking although public parking right next door (at a price - cost €79 Friday pm to Monday am)

Toller Aufenthalt in einer sehr schönen und gemütlichen Wohnung

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Sehr hell und ruhig und es hat viel Platz. Auch die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Es hat ein Badezimmer mit WC und ein sep. WC, was wir sehr praktisch fanden. Auch die Lage ist perfekt. Man kann alles zu Fuss erreichen. Und es ist auch sehr sicher. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen. Wir waren zwei Freundinnen und haben die sep. Zimmer sehr geschätzt. Der Balkon ist übrigens auch toll für Apéro (Abendsonne).

Cons: Leider hatte ich übersehen, dass man die Koffer am Abreisetag zwar beim Büro einstellen kann, aber man muss es ein paar Tage vorher ankündigen, da am Sonntag (ev. Sa auch?) niemand im Büro ist. Wie schon andere erwähnt haben, ist es am morgen z. T. von oben etwas laut. Meine Empfehlung: immer mit Ohrstöpsel reisen. So war dieses Problem schnell und einfach gelöst :-)

Beautiful apartment in convenient location.

Pros: Great location across the street from the water. Many restaurants in area. Newer appliances and furniture.

Cons: There were few products typically provided at an apartment. No tissues , paper towels or napkins. Not enough toilet paper. Coffee maker, but no pods or sugar. Had to grocery shop first day.
