Very good location. Great staff. Easy access in and out.

Pros: Great location. Easy to get around from here. Plenty in the immediate area.

Cons: Personal preference is for a little more furniture in the rooms. More pictures etc on walls. Just make the space more agreeable on the eye. Just my preference. Nothing wrong with the room. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Location was ideal. Decor is worthy of a 5 star boutique hotel.

Very comfortable accommodation

Pros: Large modern room, very clean, shower had great water pressure, soft beautiful towels. Perfect location, steps from waterfront, close to many restaurants, boulangerie and patisserie.

Cons: Be mindful you have to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs, but that is forgotten once you see your room!

Lovely hotel,great location,very clean, would stay again

Pros: It’s location was excellent. It is just outside of the old town however its excellent travel links make that irrelevant. It’s also a 5 minute walk to the sea. We had a room at the rear which was very quiet

Stylish, spacious room is amazing central location

Pros: The room exceeded all expectations. It was spotless, spacious, stylish and beautifully appointed. The city views from the room were fabulous and the location was perfect. Despite being so central, it was extremely quiet. Only thing to note is that there is no lift so you have to he happy and able to climb a few flights of stairs

Great Stay!

Pros: the location is fantastic, right in the middle of touristic Nice, close to public transport, close to the old town and many good restaurants within walking distance. The Promenade des Anglais is at a few footsteps as well as the beach. The room was huge, airy and had a wonderful view on the Place Masséna but was very quiet at night.

Cons: beware of the absence of an elevator if you're not able to climb 3 floors to your room access will be very hard .

Pros: Loved this hotel nice and clean and the rooms got cleaned daily lovely people

Cons: No lift

A really excellent choice of property with easy access to bars, restaurants, transport links, the old town and the prome

Pros: Location was excellent. Facilities very good and comfortable.

Cons: No lift and quite a number of stairs might our others off.

Superb location

Pros: Absolutely wonderful location. Double glazing meant the room was quiet despite outside noise. Great shower. Comfy bed. Responsive staff. Nice looking big room. Lovely old building.

Cons: Curtains not heavy enough to stop light coming through. Strange having shower right next to the bed. No bedside lights with separate controls, so one person only on one side of the bed can turn the lights off (annoying) Stingy supplies for a quite expensive room. i.e one small bottle of water on arrival. Never replenished. Had to ask several times for shampoo. Nowhere to put wet towels to dry.

Ideal location and even better room

Pros: The location was perfect!! Right in the square and a quick walk to the beach. Also an easy 17 min walk to the train station!! The room was incredible! Plenty of space, quiet and comfortable
