Beautiful, clean & tidy!

Pros: Everything was great! The apartment we stayed in was very clean and tidy, absolutely zero complaints. You can tell there has been a lot of care taken to have all the amenities needed and the apartment was stylish and cozy also.

Very good trip; the weather was very good which helped but having good accommodation was important

Pros: Great location. Room in the Residence are very well appointed and furnished. When we did have a couple of issues the staff were excellent and helped resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Pros: Great location, comfortable bed and couch, loved the kitchen and washing machine facilities within the room. Very clean and comfortable.

Cons: A few minor issues- both the lamp and bathroom door were broken, no clothes line for the washing machine, minimal cutlery. Staff were unfortunately quite rude at the main hotel - charged me twice for the city tax with no apology and were overall cold and unhelpful.

Good centrally located apartment Would stay again without hesitation

Pros: Newly refurbished apartment. Quirky narrow building makes for an interesting but functional layout. Perfect location for our visit close to back park and old town. Wonderful eating nearby. Appreciated the use of partner hotel facilities (pool and gym and breakfast) Attentive staff

Cons: Daily cleaning was perfunctory. No linen change in 12 days but towels replaced each day

Pros: Excellent location, close to place Massena, tram line, bus for Matisse and Chagall museums, on edge of old town, convenient to all main attractions. Apartment very new and kept clean daily. Excellent air conditioning, easily regulated. Good storage. Kitchen well equipped with all basic necessities. Bathroom well lit, good shower and hairdrier.

Cons: Reception was never staffed except for our last morning. No instructions supplied for kitchen appliances. Bad smell in apartment at times but presumed it was from drains outside in hot weather.View to back of apartment not pleasant.

Nice new apartment in close distance to the old town.

Pros: Very nice and new apartments. Staff was really helpful and upgraded us to the top floor to avoid noise from the street. When we were checking out the elevator was stuck so the receptionist was so kind to help carry our luggage down.

Cons: Was missing an iron in the apartment.

Nice a beautiful city

Pros: Location located in the central area, very close to the city center and the sights to visit. The room is equipped with everything necessary for a great comfort. I appreciate the great cleanliness, and the service of the maid Veronica, who always solved all our requests. We appreciate the hotel staff who offered us all the help and information we needed. It was a nice little vacation. We will come back next year. We thank the hotel staff.

Amazing residence!

Pros: The reception staff were incredibly helpful, the apartment was really nice and comfy and the location was the best!

Pros: The apartment was clean and seemed recently renovated. Plenty of space and in a great location and felt quite safe. Lots of restaurants and places to drink nearby. Staff were super friendly and helpful.
