Pros: Really enjoyed the balcony and the sofa. It was also very easy to get into the centre of Nice

Cons: There was just some essential items missing which made certain things a bit impractical. For example there was no tea towel or seasonings. There was also only 2 bowls and not many kitchen utensils

Pros: We stayed there for 4 days and everything was just perfect the location is really nice just 5 minutes away from the train station the host was really kind and nice I definitely recommend it to everyone

Clean, modern and conveniently located apartment at a good price.

Pros: The apartment is modern, very clean, and comfortable for either a short or long-term stay. It is conveniently located 5min walk from both the Nice Riquier station and the L1 tram line. There is a (very) large SuperU supermarket across the road too that has any supplies one may need. The host Alexis was easy to communicate with and replied to messages quickly via the Booking.com platform.

Cons: A minor negative is that there was no kettle or clothes iron in the room. Otherwise, the apartment had no negatives.

I will definitely stay in this apartment on my next trip to Nice

Pros: Excellent spacious comfortable apartments equipped with everything you need in a wonderful area with excellent transport accessibility (buses and train station) and a large supermarket across the road. The owner is extremely kind, allowed us to check in early in the morning and helped with all issues during our stay. I recommend!

Cons: Everything was great!
