Pros: Great location, friendly staff, easy check in ne check out, quiet rooms. Enough space in the rooms. Everything was great!

Cons: The shower drain smelled a bit but that’s normal for Southern France.

Very Nice in Nice!

Pros: The location was great and most of what you needed was in walking distance. The Asian lady at breakfast was amazing, provided the best service and made sure nothing was out, constantly restocking the food, drinks, etc.

Cons: There is no fan in the bathrooms, only feedback.

Delightful and extremely comfortable

Pros: Location was perfect for us. The Privilege room was spacious and comfortable. The comfortable bed was like no other we had. Super king size and super comfortable. We slept like babies. Thank you.

Cons: Cleaning of the bathroom was not good, more about the products/materials used than the effort.

Great hotel with excellent staff in a brilliant location.

Pros: The staff were all absolutely brilliant and exceptionally helpful. They are a huge asset to this hotel. The location was really good and the breakfast was of a high standard.

Cons: The ceiling in the bedroom was very low and difficult for taller guests.

Enjoyable, but a few little niggles

Pros: The initial problem with usb ports not working was fixed very quickly

Cons: Our Privilege room was not as big as the ones we've experienced previously, and the outlook wasn't up to much

Pros: Great location, really happy with my room, Breakfast was great, staff very helpful and welcoming. I had a minor problem with my bath this was sorted straight away
