Very good value for money.

Pros: Excellent location, friendly staff, good breakfast.

Cons: You hear the noise from the street very well. Maybe the windows are not insulated very well?

Pros: Excellent staff, restaurant and food, location, quiet

Cons: Plumbing. Wobbly tap and need to run hot tap for several minutes before hot water arrived. No effective plug in sink, water just runs straight out. Shower arrangement off-putting. Room temperature could have been a little warmer (this was early January)

Pros: Superb location, very central. Two or three parking garages in walking distance. Staff very friendly and were speaking English when they realised our French was not sufficient. We didn't take the breakfast but the setup looked inviting. Bed was large and confortable. Bathroom clean.

Cons: View our of the window onto a flat roof but we didn't book the room for a view.

Excellent hotel in a great location!

Pros: Location was fantastic, 5 minute walk to the old city, to the beach and to the main shopping area. Overlooking the central park area with fantastic views and very close to two tram stops. Excellent value or money!! Comfortable, spacious rooms, great breakfast, roof top restaurant, bar and swimming pool was fabulous with great views of the old town and the sea. I missed my flight so when I returned to the hotel to ask to stay another night, they couldn't be more helpful, offered me a room which was cheaper than if I booked it online and what I paid previously and also included my breakfast.

Cons: Nothing!

Excellent stay

Pros: Rooms are very big, clean, with a lot of natural light. Love everything from the start . At the reception Shan, was very professional, with a big smile, making everything smooth, and assisted us from start to finish, thinking it was a group of 12..Breakfast was really good with a lot of choices. Alex, very nice and explained everything we should know about our stay. Very pleasant stay, all of us love every minute. Location, excellent, right in the middle of everything. Nice

Pros: The location was great. Fantastic view from the rooftop bar. Very quiet. Very good breakfast.

Cons: The only problem we found was the taps on the sink. Tricky to tune on and off. Felt they needed to be placed. Cracked broken tile on the floor of showers. The frosted glass didn't cover the whole door in the toilet and shower areas. You could be seen. It's not so good, especially when all friends are sharing.
