Perfect, clean, comfy beds, 2 mins level paved sidewalk from taxi drop off.

Pros: quality. comfy bed. luxury sheets. fancy coffee machine in the room. really nice bathroom stuff/nail file, cotton wool, shampoos and conditioners, towel warmer. staff amazing. held luggage after check out. loaned a travel plug (sorry i left it plugged in the bathroom in 104). While the taxi cannot drop you off right outside, if you ask the hotel they will tell you which corner to drop off and it is a 2 minute walk, level pavement and easy with wheels/luggage. (I am 56 and not very fit and really it was ok) location was perfect. CLEAN. Electric shades on the windows. I spent a little extra and it was so worth the extra $100 over a tiny closet room at another place!

Cons: I was worried about the taxi not being able to drop off right in front, but it really was not a big deal in the end.

A lovely boutique hotel. Great location. We would definitely stay there again. So close to the beach and had everything

Pros: The location was great. The staff were lovely and helpful. The room was very clean and the bathroom was great. Beds were very comfortable.

Cons: The upstairs ceiling was so low. My son couldn’t stand up freely. No point opening the window blinds as the view was terrible, what we looked at was an old rundown building ! There were people working in their offices and could see straight in.

Great place for a Christmas holiday located in the center of the city..

Pros: Great location, excellent staff, in a beautiful city. Lots of restaurants to walk to and helpful staff recommendations.

Cons: My pet peeve...rooms need a well-lit mirror for women to use to put on make-up. If you don't wear make-up, there is nothing to complain about.

Pros: Great room very warm and loved the washer dryer for our laundry , very clean and modern

Pros: The location, size for a family of 5and cleansiness is amazing.Staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons: There is only one downside , because we had an amazing view of the piazza , it was very noisy every night between 11pm and 4am with people drunking,sunging etc

Enjoyed a wonderful stay with excellent amenities, very central and lovely staff.

Pros: Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends. Wonderful location with very high spec kitchen, bathroom and bed. Fabulous location!
