Overall, I’d definitely recommend this apartment for solo travelers. Two people can make it work too, even with triathlo

Pros: We stayed at Coin d’Amour Gambetta for 10 days in September 2025 and had a great experience. The apartment is located on the 5th floor with a small lift that fits two people—though my tribike had to take the stairs 😄. The unit itself is compact but cleverly equipped with everything you need. The bunk bed setup isn’t the most comfortable for two people, but it’s manageable. The location is excellent—close to the promenade and within walking distance of grocery stores and other essentials. The shower is quite small, which might be tricky for larger guests, but it’s workable 😊.

Для улучшения условий, предлагаю обратить внимание на слив в душевой кабине.

Pros: Расположение апартаментов отличное! В апартаментах есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания.

Cons: Душевая кабина маленькая, не подойдет крупным людям. Слив в душе засорен, требует чистки, так как вода в душе стоит долго, уходит минимум 10 минут. Сразу покупаться после человека не получится, нужно ждать спускания воды. 4 дня из 5 лифт не работал. Наши апартаменты на последнем этаже и спускаться с сумками и багажом было неудобно.

Locatie curata si aproape de punctele de insteres

Pros: Locatia aproape de plaja si la 10-15 min de gara centrala, garsoniera curata, baie moderna, check-in rapid si usor

Cons: Garsoniera nu era dotata cu prosoape la baie si nu avea fier de calcat. Baia este destul de mica iar liftul blocului este vechi si are gratii ca sa urci in el este putin mai greu de folosit

Pros: Квартира маленька, але доволі мила і добре оснащена: є кондиціонер, багато рушників, холодильник, посуд. Все добре видно на фото. Буквально 5 хвилин від пляжу, район непоганий, багато транспорту їде до старого міста Ніцци, можна також за 15-20 хвилин дійти пішки та гуляти по набережній) поруч є продуктовий магазин.

Cons: Маленька душова кабіна, але все видно на фото, тому не вважаю це великим мінусом. Загалом все було добре
