Fantastic location, excellent customer service

Pros: The hotel is in a fantastic location, the staff and customer service is second to none. The room was a good size, the balcony was nice too and the pool was heated

Cons: I’m coeliac so this is personal to me but I alerted the hotel to this before I travelled and gluten free food was an issue for the first two days of my stay.

Exceptional luxury hotel right by the sea

Pros: My husband and I had a truly wonderful stay at the Hyatt – the hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. Just to highlight a few things we loved: 1) Spacious, spotless rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds 2) Delicious breakfasts offering a wide variety of options, including excellent coffee 3) A perfect location – right by the sea, yet within walking distance to the city center and many great restaurants 4) Above all, the outstanding personnel – always going above and beyond to make your stay special A particularly heartfelt thank you to Mr. Mahmud, who surprised us by remembering our 10th wedding anniversary. It was a truly touching gesture that made our visit unforgettable. We’ll definitely be returning!
