Great location and nice, quiet apartment.

Pros: The location was excellent. The apartment was lovely, with a very nice balcony. Very quiet.

Cons: Does not get direct sunlight and so was a bit chilly in November

Pros: La localisation est parfaite, jusqu'à 5 min a pied de la vieille-ville. L'appartement est propre, avec des ustensiles de cuisines correct.et lave-linge, que c'est un vrai plus. Le propriétaire/agence est tres gentille. Ils ont accepté notre \

Cons: Pas de climatisation. Il fait tres chaud dans l'appartement parce-que il n'as pas de fenêtres traversant pour faire circuler l'air. Pour soulager un peu la chaleur il y a 1 ventilateur de plafond dans la chambre, que fait l'affaire, mais le petit ventilateur du salon est tres faible et ne suffit pas pour rafraîchir l'ambiance quand il fait 27° au soir. Le canapé-lit pourrais etre plus confortable.

Great location, Nice stay in Nice 🥰

Pros: Very good location. We stayed 5 nights in Nice based in this apartment but travelled a lot, Cannes, Antibes, Eze, Monaco, Menton etc. Every time the location of the apartment was perfect to catch the bus or tram or train. It was small but convenient, we had our breakfast in its cute balcony. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was too hot but the fan in the common area and the lamp+ventilator at the ceiling saved the nights.

Cons: The sofa bed was not very comfortable. But this was not a big problem for a short stay.
