Nice Center Room

Pros: Owner is super friendly! Room was clean and great value for price!

Cons: 4x stairs no elevator.

Pros: Danylo is a very friendly and dedicated host. We spent three days in Nice and we liked the apartment - easy access, trams and bus are a few minutes of walking away. Really close to the train station! Around many restaurants, cafes. It takes around 20 min of a nice walk to the promenade. Recommend!

Pros: The host was very friendly, we had a lot of freedom since we came as a family for a few days and everything went very well. It was a simple and clean place.

Cons: I couldn't say that I didn't like it but, you have to take into account that it is on the 4th floor. But the quality/price ratio is perfect. I think it's the best option for young and middle-aged people.

It has positive reviews, competitive pricing, and a prime location—there’s no reason to skip it if you’re in Nice. Danylo, the host, is very attentive to cleanliness and extremely responsive when messaging, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free check-in experience

Great value & accommodating host

Pros: Unbeatable value in the real centre of Nice. An apartment with two bedrooms + the host (Danylo). Danylo was very accommodating, offering to help us bring up our luggage and talking us through a map of Nice. He keeps the place very clean and is very mindful of everyone's privacy and security. Location is near multiple supermarkets, the railway station, and tram stops. The rooms are quiet and peaceful. Would certainly recommend to any fellow Kiwis who are in Nice!

Very good host and good facilities.

Pros: I liked the host who was very attentive and helpful. I liked the bedroom and bathroom and I was made to feel at home.

Cons: There was no lift access to the 4th floor but the host carried my luggage.

Pros: So cosy, nicely decorated and clean room. You have everything necessary to make your stay comfortable. Well located as well: close to railway station and to city center. I enjoyed to stay in a lot. Danylo is very helpful, friendly and attentive host.
