Great place in the very centre with friendly host.

Pros: Take the room with private Bath, it is very nice, bright and spacious. Tasty coffee available and great common eating room.

Cons: Mattress and kitchen.

Pros: Excellent location. Within walking distance to train station and tram station which connects to airport. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Able to store luggage before check in time. Room is spacious and clean.

Superb experience

Pros: Everything was superb - the hostess was amazing, kind, was there to show us around the room and the common kitchen. We could also store our bags with her before our check-in time, which was nice since we landed at 8am. She gave us tips on what to do in Nice and where it's best to shop for groceries. The room itself was spacious (we were travelling as 3 people) - we got the Mozart room, which had a queen bed and a single bed, with huge windows and its own big bathroom (with a shower). It was in a quiet nice neighbourhood, 15 minutes to the beach, 10 to the train station, and nice restaurants nearby. If we ever come back to Nice, will be definitely staying here again!

Excellent location, spacious and clean

Pros: The room was very spacious and clean and it was in a great location.

Pros: The host was really kind and always ready to help. Everything was decorated beautifully and the other guests were great. The beds were very comfortable and it was always clean.

Cons: Not really a big problem but maybe if you stayed longer than two nights it might bother you that there's no way to cook. But there is a microwave with which me and my friends managed!

Pros: The location is perfect to reach everything by walk. Genevieve is a lovely and attentive host who would go the extra mile to please her guests. The rooms are authentic and super cosy with a touch of French soul. We will definitely come back to stay at this place, which felt like home!

Cons: The only thing we missed was a stove to cook meals, but there was a microwave and a super variety of dishes to use.

Pros: everything! The kindness and hospitality of the owner, the cleanliness, the size of the room and the light in a very typical French building.

Cons: The bed was not so comfortable but it was more than ok!

Perfect location, confortable niçois appartement

Pros: A Niçois appartement with a perfect location. I had one night stay at the accomadation. I’ll be for sure back.
