Great and light private room in the heart of Nice

Pros: Nice and cozy the apartment, very big , old vibes in it. In the heart of the city , so you have it all

Cons: Maybe that there was no evelator and my luggage had 30kg , but I would say without it you don't feel the stairs that much.

Very nice for a shared accomodation.

Pros: It fulfilled the expactations. As a shared accomodation I couldn´t expect for more. The four floors without a lift is managable (I did it with a huge suitcase) as the staircase is very wide. The welcoming was nice and helpful.

The stay was great.

Pros: Everything was great. Very artistic and authentic apartment. Everything is clean and comfortable. Good location. Very nice owner.

Cons: The oven and a stove in the kitchen were unavailable for tenants.

Pros: Lovely, friendly host who made me feel very welcome. Lovely decorated room and the whole apartment was full of character and charm. Great location, close to beach and old town. Very clean and comfortable.

Cons: Minor issue is lack of proper shower in bathroom. There is one that plugs in ltp the bath tap so you have to shower one handed while you hold the shower head.

Everything is as described, great base for exploring Nice

Pros: Excellent base for exploring Nice, lovely big room, lovely view, excellent communication with Hostess, good value for money

Cons: Street noise at night time, having said that, it didn't stop me sleeping.

Pros: My stay was truly enjoyable. The location is excellent, very close to the Old Town of Nice and the tram, yet wonderfully calm and quiet at night, which was perfect. Neko and her partner were very friendly and welcoming, and I particularly appreciated their kind assistance on my check-out day in helping me reach the station with my heavy suitcase.

Cons: The only small downside was that the property doesn’t have a lift, but I was aware of this before booking, so it wasn’t a surprise.

Homely feel compared to my usual hotels/hostels. Good talking to hostess and guests.

Pros: Lovely home with a bit of character and room with a balcony. Bed was super comfortable. Hostess was welcoming and helpful. Would stay again.

Beautiful place

Pros: Best place to stay in Nice. Forget the 5* hotels!! This is an amazing place and Neko is a great host. 15 min to the beach, old town, or Nice-Ville station. Good coffee, super comfy bed, clean and cozy. Breakfast on the balcony, with such a nice view, the place is like a beautiful poem!! Thank you, Neko! À bientôt!

Super nice!! I’d defi come back

Pros: It’s an old classic French house and Neko has kept it clean and quite, I can easily get access to toilet and bathroom with no problem

Cons: Some guests don’t flush the toilet after using but it’s not Neko’s fault as she told everyone to do so
