A convenient location and comfortable stay.
Pros: Location was very convenient . Patio overlooking the Promenade and ocean was excellent . We enjoyed relaxing on the patio.
Cons: Sofa wasn't very comfortable.

Lovely stay in Nice and visiting nearby towns.
Pros: Location and sea view are excellent Very compact apartment. Very good shower.
Cons: I would have like extra towels and extra bed linen When on holidays you are showering more because of sun creams & beach days. Towels in apartment were not the best quality. There was no hand soap provided. The soap dispenser was empty. More information in the welcome brochure on how to get tickets for the local bus/ Tram service as apartment was about 30min walk into main town of Nice. I would have no problem recommending this apartment if those issues were addressed.

Nice apartment for sunrises and sunsets
Pros: A nice and clean apartment, perfect for enjoying sunrises and sunsets! Suitable for 1-2 people. It has everything you need for a 1-week comfortable stay – air conditioning, kettle, hob, washing machine, microwave, iron, hair dryer, TV, a sound system with Apple Music, and good WiFi. The interior is clean and modern, and the bathroom is neat. Another plus – there’s no restaurant right under the building, so you won’t be disturbed by any extra smells or noise. Everything was great! Would definitely recommend.
Cons: * One small suggestion: since the floor is tiled, having slippers available for the colder season would be a nice touch. * Information for future guests: It's not easy to walk to the city center and Old Town as it takes a while, especially if you're wearing heels or with a child, so using transport is recommended.

Exceptional sea view.
Pros: Amazing sea view and just across the road from the beach. Lovely studio with modern kitchenette and bathroom. Would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.

Pros: De locatie : prachtig zicht op zee en op de luchthaven. Bovendien was er voor de ingang van de locomodatie een bushalte, van waaruit je het centrum, de luchthaven en het winkelcentrum Cap 3000 zeer vlot kon bereiken. Ook vele winkels in de directe omgeving . En ook niet onbelangrijk : een airco die perfect werkte.
Cons: Graag hadden we meer info over de wifi gehad bij aankomst.

Ideal für einen Kurztrip nach Nizza
Pros: Ruhige Ferienwohnung direkt an der Promenade de anglais, dreifache Verglasung, deshalb kein Verkehrslärm zu hören Phänomenale Aussicht aufs Meer und auf Nizza Kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, Straßenbahnhaltestelle in der Nähe Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Küche bietet alles, was man benötigt, im Bad schöne Dusche, hübsches Willkomenspäckchen mit Badartikeln, angenehmer Duft Sehr sauber Großer Fernseher mit Netflix-Anschluss Gutes Wi-Fi
Cons: Kissen sind sehr dick Eine zusätzliche Decke fürs Sofa wäre angenehm

Comfortable stay right by the sea
Pros: Ideally located with seafront view, and close to tram and bus stops. The studio unit is clean, comfortable and spacious. The host was understanding enough to hand us the key a day later than our planned booking (due to delayed plane arrival), with no additional charge.
Cons: It is the little things that could have elevated this to an excellent stay. There is a coffee maker but no coffee pods. Similarly there is a washing machine but no detergent; and an iron but no ironing board.

Highly recommend this place.
Pros: Right on the beach!! The place has a fully equipped kitchen and a washer machine! The AC worked really well. I absolutely loved the sunroom, I read out there daily. I would recommend friends and family stay here.
Cons: The pillows were terrible, super thick and square like couch cushions. No soap was provided other than dish soap, so we had to buy a bar soap for the shower, etc. Not a huge big deal, but good to know in advance!

Pros: Traumhafte Lage zum Strand und in die Stadt (zu Fuß, S-Bahn, Bus) sowie für An- und Abreise zum Flughafen Mega Aussicht vom Balkon; durch die Glasschiebetüren kann man auch noch nach Sonnenuntergang den Meerblick genießen
Cons: Etwas mehr Service, z.B. durch eine kleine Anleitung (zu Themen wie WiFi-Passwort, Müllentsorgung, etc.) sowie Küchenhandtücher und mehr Seife im Bad wären schön gewesen Der Abfluss der Dusche ist defekt, sodass die Gerüche aus der Leitung aufsteigen
