Breakfast at Sophy's

Great if you want good location in Nice.

Pros: Great location and good value for money. Expect a local private cosy apartment - as if shared by a friend in Nice (not sterile hotel-like room). Sophie was very kind and let me check out really late (I had an evening flight), which helped me enjoy the full day!

Cons: The bed was ok for me, but probably not good for someone who needs a very comfortable bed. The bed sheets and towels - better if they would be standard white color, hotel-like feel for guests (not coloured), but its just a personal preference.

Pros: A very cozy accomodation near to everything. Beach and old town are available by walk or with public transportation easily. In a very good, safe part of the city. There’s elevator in the building and the building itself is very tidy as well. The communication with the host is very convinient and check in and check out are very smooth process. Yes, it’s a little bit noisy at night but with earplugs I slept very well. :) It was a really pleasant stay!

perfect for a city trip

Pros: Very clean apartment, perfect for a city trip. 10 minutes from the center, 5 minutes from the beach. I would recommend to sleep with earplugs as at the evening you can hear a music from the center, but with earplugs I slept very well. Sonia, the owner, was on the phone and very helpful.

Breakfast at Sophies is wonderful

Pros: It was perfectly clean and the owner is a wonderful person! Reachable and responds quickly

Cons: There's nothing not to like about the place but maybe if the windows had curtains it would be better

Very pleasant but tiny expensive for what is offered.

Pros: I love the host , exquisite hospitality and cleanliness. Very close to the sea.

Cons: There was no breakfast but perhaps i should have read the terms better.

Easy and confortable

Pros: I arrived really late due to the train delay, but the owner was helpful and flexible and everything went fine.

Value for money

Pros: The owner was very helpful and instructions to get in the property was very clear. The room was good, equipped, comfortable bed and lovely tiny balcony for fresh air was very good.

Cons: Too much random stuff inside a room

Safe, funky, fabulous location and goods value for money.

Pros: Very cool little apartment right in the centre of the action but quiet at night. Walked 50-100m to the beach and swam - tropical. Apartment safe, very organised, clean and comfortable.

Pros: Very good apartment in central location, but not noisy outside tbe windows. Spacious. Well equipped. Self check-in possible. Good communication with host.

Pros: Location. Friendly owner. Has offered to post watch I left behind. Good communication about check in..
