Pros: The host is very welcoming and helpful. The location is central. The bedroom and bathroom are clean and comfortable.

Cons: The stay would be even better and more comfortable if instead of paper cups for coffee in the room and paper cups in the bathroom we had regular mugs, cups. The paper cups can't withstand the heat from the coffee and are very flimsy.

A very pleasant experience, in an Hausmanian block, eith a great neighbourhood and a nice host.

Pros: An excelent location, with access at the flat’s garden for the breakfast. It was a great opprtunity to make an idea about the interrior of an Hausmanian block. Also the host is a very nice lady who preppared for us a French breakfast.

Cons: The bathroom is not placed exactly near to the room, so you have to cross a hall of the apartment in order to go to your private bathroom.

Pros: Our whole stay was absolutely lovely. The apartment was very clean, modern and stylish. The hostess Yveline took very good care of us, gave us helpful tips and made us feel very welcome. We would recommend it to everyone, who wants to experience an exceptional stay in Nice. :-)

Pros: Zelo prijazni lastnica, partner in sin. Počutila sva se kot da sva doma. Kopalnica ni fizično povszana s sobo, a imaš svojo, zelo lepo in prostorno z vsem, fen, milo, šampon, še celo krtača... Vse kot doma. Super! Vsi prostori dobro ogrevani, ker sva bila pozimi. Lokacija je dobra za stari del mesta in obalo. Na dugi strani bloka javno parkirišče - garažna hiša 25€/24 ur, kar je dobra cena za Nico. Vsakemu bom priporočila to prenočišče. Zajtrk dober in v lepi jedilnici ali če je toplo na terasi.

Cons: Vse je bilo super!

Sistemazione “Top” nel centro di Nizza , a due passi dalla promenade.

Pros: La casa è’ molto bella. Arredata con gusto e accogliente. La terrazza è’ deliziosa. Si trova in pieno centro. Lungo la strada davanti al palazzo le auto non possono circolare, ma si raggiunge facilmente con la macchina e , proprio nella via posteriore c’è un parcheggio pubblico. La proprietaria è gentilissima e disponibile. Ottima colazione. I gatti di casa adorabili.

Eine perfekte Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt in Nizza. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeberin Yveline.

Pros: Lage: Perfekte Lage – Metro- und Bushaltestelle direkt an der Unterkunft. Zum Meer sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Die Metro fährt ohne Umsteigen in rund 30 Minuten zum Flughafen. Unterkunft: Sehr sauber und in einem schönen Altbau gelegen. Das Zimmer ist gepflegt, und das Bad wirkt nahezu neu. Bei schönem Wetter wird das Frühstück auf der Terrasse serviert – ein wunderbarer Start in den Tag. Die Gastgeberin ist äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam. Fazit: Eine perfekte Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt in Nizza – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!

En venlig og hjælpsom vært. Logiet er meget centralt beliggende.

Pros: Logiet var beliggende i gåafstand til den gamle bydel i Nice, og det lå tæt på vandet og lige overfor en park. Restauranter og cafeer i nærheden. Dejlig morgenmadsterrasse. Stor hjælpsomhed med ideer til seværdigheder, også udenfor Nice.

Cons: Der var ikke en suite badeværelse.

Great value, wonderful host…would definitely stay there again.

Pros: First off, Yveline was an amazing host. She treated us like family, served a lovely continental breakfast that included pastries, toast, fresh fruit, yogurt,tea and coffee on her beautiful terrace, and gave great recommendations for dinners out, The room was very comfortable and the location was across from a park, very close to the tram station and a 5 or so minute walk to the oceanfront promenade. It was in a charming, upscale part of town.

Pros: Emplacement parfait ! Chambre chez l’habitant et très bon accueil une salle de bain privé et chambre climatisé agréable Petit déjeuner sur la terrasse Parfait pour une soirée étape avec une maîtresse des lieux discrète et à l’écoute Pas cadeau mais emplacement et au mois d’août à Nice cela reste cohérent .
