Clean, hospitable amd super comfortable

Pros: Veronica was so nice to us, everything was clean and she even offered us some help when my girlfriend got sick, and overall everything went fine, there is no place in this when you can get this comfortable at this amount of money per night🙏🏻

Pros: I highly recommend staying in Veronique's apartment. Firstly, Veronique is an incredible host who does all her best for your comfort. The apartment is accommodated close enough to the rail station (15 minutes to walk), a tram stop (10 minutes), the old town and a beach (20 minutes). And you find food shops near it

Pros: Veronique is very friendly and made us feel extremely welcome. The location is very central which is good. Will definitely come back!

Very nice flat for exploring Nice

Pros: A beautiful property and garden (especially the kitchen!). The flat is in a really nice and quiet part of town but a great location for exploring Nice (15 mins to the beach/ old town). Véronique is very welcoming and responsive, and made me a lovely coffee one morning which I appreciated!

Cons: It was very hot during our stay and our quite small room was very warm at night. Véronique kindly gave us another fan for the room which helped, and it obviously wasn't her fault. The separate bathroom and toilet are both quite small and shared with Véronique (this is listed in the advert but something to be aware of!)

Pros: The residence is in a very good and convenient location, and it had just about everything I needed for my stay. It's worth to mention that the hostess is quite welcoming too. Would totally recommend for anyone who would like to stay in a centric yet quiet area of the city. Merci beaucoup !

Pros: We really enjoyed our staying in Nice. The accommodation is in a very quiet and safe area, we had all the equipment at our disposal, we could use the beautiful garden, so we enjoyed the evening sitting by the candles and a pleasant breakfast in the greenery, the host Véronique was very kind and helpful. We would love to come back to this place. I highly recommend!

Excellent choice for holidays in Nice

Pros: Wonderful host, such a charming apartment and room with a comfortable bed and a kettle. Quiet location close to the city centre and beach, grocery store nearby. Had everything for relaxed holidays in Nice. Merci!

Stylish and wonderful stay with a local

Pros: Everything was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay very much! The host was very friendly and helpful, our room was tidy and clean, and so were other rooms in the house. The location is great, just a few minutes to the city centre, railway station, but still located in a very green and peaceful area. Felt safe, lovely and we didn't want to leave! Bonus is a stylish look to the whole apartment. Would definitely come back :)
