Pros: Very good location near the train station, bus and tram stops. Many restaurants around. The apartment has everything you need.

Good equipped apartment

Pros: Very well equipped kitchen There are every thinks which can be need in the apartment. Very good communication with owners. They told everythink what we needed. Big bad is very comfortable.

Cons: Very narrow bathroom. The sofa is not quite comfortable.

Pros: The apartment was the same as in the pictures. It’s a three bedroom apartment, two of the rooms share a bathroom, and one of the rooms had its own private bathroom. The kitchen was fully equipped, dishwasher and washing machine included. The host was very nice, and offered us all the information we needed. It is self check in, and the indications were all very clear. The apartment is very well situated, very close to the train station, and the tram, and a 20 minute walk to the old center.

Pros: Perfect location, 1 min from tram to town center. You have everything you need in the room (kitchen, refrigerator, shower...).

Cons: Bathroom is in separate room, it is accessible from shared hallway. You can lock the bathroom if you book room with private bathroom. We couldn't open the window blinds, we had to use the lamp all the time.

Pros: Very good location close to the tram stop and walking distance to the train station Nice-Riquier. Apartment is comfortable, kitchen is very nice with all kitchen ware. Convenient check-in and check-out.

Pros: This place is basic but good. The room was big and comfortable and the shared bathroom small but adequate. The location is pretty good too, right by a tram stop and 20 minutes walk from the old town.

Cons: A few mosquitos and no toilet paper in the bathroom. It's not underpriced

Pros: The cleaner was very friendly, nice modern bathroom and kitchen. Good location and easy to access.

Pros: Tem um metro mesmo abeira, e com muitos supermercados próximos o que facilitava tudo a nível de almoços e jantar, a cozinha é incrível.

Cons: Da casa de banho ser bastante pequena para quantidade de pessoas que a casa serve.

Un logement fonctionnel, propre. Propriétaire aux petits soins.

Pros: L'emplacement est pratique. Les espaces communs avec les autres chambres sont fonctionnels. La chambre était très propre. Nous avions un lit déjà fait, des serviettes de toilette et des torchons de cuisine. C'était appréciable.

Cons: Il manque un 2e wc accessible à tous. Le seul wc etant dans la salle de bain commune, il peut parfois se poser là des situations d'attentes délicates ! Aussi, les locataires d'une des autres chambres avaient dû renverser une boisson sucrée dans la cuisine et le couloir et avaient mal nettoyé. De ce fait le sol était collant. Mais ce probleme n'est pas du fait du propriétaire.

Pros: Appartement très agréable et super bien équipé, la chambre est très confortable. Le contact avec l'hébergeur est très sympathique, les informations sont très claires. Idéalement situé tout près du tram, à côté du palais des expositions.

Cons: L'espace devant le lavabo de la salle de bain partagée est assez étroit, ce qui peut être un peu gênant pour un grand gabarit (mais c'est un ancien appartement aménagé).
